i ordered a power supply, inputted the model number of the one that is dead oh found it then they ordered 3 party from china of which what i received is not the same model number sent pictures and 16 emails .
stating i just want to return it , well then the excuses started well you will require a piggy back jack to fit the adapter to my receiver . .
well i went to a professional electronics supply store with my old power supply and tv receiver , and got it sorted out for the same price . never again online well from here anyway .

Ordered Replacement for 60W 48V 1.25A AC Adaptor. This arrived promptly. I was updated regularly with emails to advise when order was posted and due for delivery.

ordered an adaptor from this company (which arrived within 5 days) but was not compatible with my laptop after reading the reviews I was not looking forward to sorting this out.
However my emails to them were responded to within the 2 day window, I was happy with outcome and would order from them again

I spent quite some time looking for an oem charger for my Acer A515-54-708w laptop. Reading reviews on Amazon of charger pins not fitting properly I wanted to find an authentic Acer charger for my exact laptop model.

Only adapter.ca has this exact model listed and the (serial) numbers on my original charger matched which convinced me to buy the charger from them, even though my original charger was a Chicony, while the charger on the picture on adapter.ca shows an Acer charger.

Right after placing the order, I found reviews here and became worried if or when I would receive the charger and if it would be genuine, considering the company is actually Chinese rather than Canadian. I came across sourceitstore.ca which is an authorized seller where you can provide the serial number of your laptop to get the right parts and felt some buyer's remorse.

A week after ordering the charger I checked my spam folder and used the tracking ID to check if there was any indication that the product was shipped to me.

Lo and behold, the charger was delivered a couple of hours ago. Not only that, the charger model is the same Acer branded charger as shown on their website and appears to be genuine -which is a pretty decent deal for 30 cad.

Maybe I just got lucky so ordering from sourceitstore.ca should be a safer bet but you will likely have to pay more.

Had a very good experience ordering from ac-adapter.ca, I ordered January 9th and my charger arrived to Canada in just 10 days on Jan 19th. They ship from China but it appears to be a legit ASUS charger as far as I can tell. Looks slightly different from the one my laptop came with (it says 150w on the front instead of the ASUS gaming logo) but it works well and has the same voltage so I dont mind. I am unsure if the charger I got was 2nd hand or not because it has some slight scuff marks on it but considering the cost was half that of Amazon/ASUS or any other website i looked at I think it's a fine trade off. Customer support is also pretty good, I was unsure which model to buy since there was 2 with the same model number for my laptop and they showed me how to measure it and even corrected me when I measured wrong and almost bought the wrong one that wouldn't fit. Overall I would recommend this site if you need a new charger and don't want to pay full price!

I wish I saw the reviews before I bought. Battery replacement useless within a few months, no contact, no response, etc.

Would give less stars if I could. SCAM COMPANY. Don't send correct product, products sent doesn't work. Used PayPal dispute center and no return because PayPal had to protect sellers? No refund issues without disputing through bank. You will not get the product advertised and they will not refund you.

the seller is not reliable, I made a purchase for a lenovo battery for a cost of £332.70 they took the money from the account and confirmed the shipment, a week later they DO NOT answer the emails or the calls, at least the money was returned to me . but with the loss of time waiting.

The 'ORIGINAL' Lenovo battery that I bought from acadapter.co.uk has died completely after less than twelve months - and won't recharge.

The genuinely genuine Lenovo battery which came with the laptop took ten years to die.

I ordered a replacement Apple laptop charger from their UK store. Three weeks later it arrived and seems like the genuine article. So no complaints at all, despite being worried reading the negative reviews here.

And for all the others who criticise this company for being Chinese - who cares, what if they are? practically everything we buy comes from China anyway

SCAM!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought an ac adapter for my VIAO Sony laptop, but never received it to-date. I contacted them inquiring the whereabouts of my package, they provided a Canada Post tracking number that didn't work.

Do not use this company. I ordered a cable that I expected to be the correct one as per their website, it wasn’t! I was then told it because I ordered the wrong one and I’d have to pay £14 postage to return it for a refund or £12 for an exchange, then had to wait a month to be told where to send it.

I used Royal Mail tracked and signed for - £4.95, no idea where their £14 came from!! I had proof of it being signed for and now saying 2 months later saying they didn’t receive my return!! Awful experience

Their website presents itself to be Canadian but there is nothing North American about them. I ordered an adapter for my artificial Christmas tree that did not work with my base (I ordered the correct Model #). It did not come with any paperwork or return info. From emails with my Chinese friends, they wanted me to pay shipping $44 USPS to return (same value as adapter). I disputed with PayPal (twice) and they helped me resolve refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Wish I had read reviews before purchase.
They sent the wrong adapter from China now want an extra £15 to replace the one that they sent. My order clearly states it’s for the correct laptop but they tell me I got it wrong !
They are a Chinese based company not in uk as they make out.
