I contacted them to get a quote for the Government for a 6" water pump. They never responded, and even went so far as ghosting my calls when I tried to follow up. This seems to be a piece of crap company! My recommendation is to use a company that actually wants your business, as seemingly Absolute does not.

This will absolutely be the last time I purchase anything from this company. I can't imagine anything worse than what has happened to this company. It was excellent, now so bad. Starting with terrible communication from when it was placed on, I got nothing without asking from my order confirmation to the shipping number. It was shipped in two shipments but I was only given one tracking number. The item I received was not the pictured item on the website that I ordered - the motor was changed to a lower quality motor than the pictured item that is a different size shape and has different wiring. The customer service person talked down to me about not being as knowledgeable about pump jargon as him, and is always on vacation then he never responds. I still don't have the wiring diagram for the completely different motor I requested three weeks ago. I can't say enough how disappointed I am.

Had a complex need for a trash pump and in the process talked to lots of different companies. Cameron at Absolute was by far the most knowledgeable person I talked to. Not only that, he had great follow up and amazing patience to walk through this project with me.

In the end, not only did we get the exact right solution, hey saved us money by not overselling and their prices for the identicail product are less than anyone else.

I searched the web for the best price on water pumps and Absolute Water Pumps had the best prices anywhere. When I called to verify some information about the pumps their staff was very knowledgable and answered all my questions and was able to take my order over the phone.
I will definitely purchase from them again when I need anything else.
