The item in question was delivered in full on the 28th as explained to the customer in the email along with evidence, this shows that the product order was delivered on time.
The order was delivered within 4 days of ordering and before Halloween, this frustrates me as a small business that an item has been delivered, before the date required but yet we get a 2-star review because you were not refunded for your item.

My item was out of stock when I ordered and paid for it.
Steven sent me an email explaining what happened and gave me a choice of refund or wait for another week until my item was back in stock.
My item arrived when Steven said it would.
Haven't used it yet.

Would highly recommend this company, you feel more as if dealing with old fashioned local store where customer care is paramount.
Given the pandemic difficulties faced the owner was extremely quick responding to delivery questions & equally honest & upfront. As said earlier you feel like you’re dealing with someone who is keen to maintain that personal interest in the customer despite anonymity of the internet.
The Bramble Bear I bought also lived up to expectations.
