Just so easy, thank you!

My experience with Absolute Domestics has been so easy. The agency’s communication is excellent, I’ve never felt left in the dark, and any questions or requests have been handled smoothly. The cleaners themselves have all been wonderful, professional, reliable, and genuinely lovely to have in my home. It’s been such a relief to find a service that is both easy to work with and consistently high quality. I'm very grateful to have found Absolute Domestics and highly recommend them!

CLAUDIA IS THE BEST !

We've been using Absolute Domestics for a while. Claudia is the best cleaner I've ever had. She is an absolute gem, always going the extra mile. Nothing is ever a problem for her and the standard of cleaning is excellent! I hope she never leaves :)

Thankyou . Very pleased .

I had x 2 Employees from Absolute Domestics arrive to attend cleaning to my home. They were husband and wife and worked x 2 hrs each = 4 hrs in total .
Very pleased indeed .
My house is in Fremantle and was built in 1897. I asked them not to attend x 2 bedrooms just the rest of the home. They asked me to inspect . I have a lot of China and glassware and noted their care and consideration .

I do not recommend AT ALL.

There is absolutely no way all of these 5 star reviews are legit. This was the worst cleaning service I have ever used. My house needed cleaning properly once the cleaner had left. Many areas weren’t even touched. Wiped around things etc. I sent photos to the company and they agreed that it wasn’t clean. They apologised and offered me 1hr free (as if it was a gift) and then told me I’d need to pay the rest of time it would take to correct (even though I’d already paid for the service). The fact of the matter was that they didn’t care. Very, very poor customer service. I would NOT recommend this company. Nothing short of a scam. Unprofessional cleaners and unprofessional follow up.

Awesome clean

Khandu and Tenzin provided us with spectacular service. The place was spotless when they finished and we were very appreciative of the work they did. We have used Absolute Domestics several times in the past and been impressed with the work every time however what Khandu and Tenzin did was extra awesome!!!

Very responsive to very short notice request. Cleaners quickly made contact to organise times. Cleaning service was great. From our experience, we would use service again & would recomend.

ill definitely be using absolute Domestics again.

Yoshi was incredible - lovely, punctual and great at communicating. The place looks incredible and he was able to get through a very large list in the 3.5 hours we had booked for a great price. Will definitely be using absolute Domestics again.

Port Melbourne house cleaning.

The cleaners came into the house and did a fantastic job considering the house had not been cleaned for some time. Nothing was too hard to clean, they made it look easy.

Good Experience

Extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Absolute Domestics. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others don’t go through the same frustration, I’m from Darwin.

I booked an end-of-lease clean for my 33m² furnished rental apartment. I confirmed the details over the phone with the cleaner beforehand, including the type of clean and the price. Two cleaners arrived and worked for 3.5 hours (1 hour and 45 minutes each). After they were done, I transferred the agreed payment.

As this was my first time hiring a cleaner, I wasn’t aware I was supposed to provide a list of tasks. When the cleaner asked what type of clean it was, I explained it was an end-of-lease clean and asked if he needed anything else. He said no, so I assumed everything typically included in an end-of-lease clean would be done. If I had known a list was required, I would have gladly provided one.

When I returned to inspect the apartment, I was shocked by the poor standard of cleaning. The fridge and freezer were completely untouched, and the small balcony had not been cleaned at all. My furniture, including side tables and storage units, still had visible dust on them. Under the bed was full of dust, as it hadn’t been touched. Additionally, some surfaces had been wiped, but they were left wet and dirty, which made it worse.

The only areas that were cleaned to an acceptable standard were the bathroom and kitchen cupboards. However, the entire apartment’s condition did not reflect 3.5 hours of professional cleaning.

I contacted Absolute Domestics immediately and shared photos of the issues. Their customer service team was polite, proactive, and tried their best to assist me. They followed up with the cleaner and informed me he wasn’t answering their calls. Despite their efforts, I had to clean most of the apartment myself since I was moving out the next day.

After multiple follow-ups, they finally reached the cleaner, who only agreed to refund one hour’s worth of work (30 minutes per cleaner). This was unacceptable given the amount of work left undone. To top it off, the cleaner sent me rude messages saying I am not considerate and if you had 3.5 hours to clean do you think you can do it?, he also asked me to pick up the cash refund from his house because he didn’t have money in his bank account. This was completely unprofessional and straight out disrespectful.

While Absolute Domestics’ customer service team tried to help, the overall experience was terrible. The cleaner’s attitude, lack of accountability, and the poor cleaning standards left me feeling let down. I wouldn’t recommend this company, and I hope they reconsider the cleaners they work with to avoid others facing similar issues.

We understand that your end-of-lease clean did not meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the untouched fridge, uncleaned balcony, and dust in various corners. We acknowledge that no priority list was requested, and that our cleaner did not clarify the need for such a list.
Our records indicate that the cleaner worked for a total of 3.5 hours. However, we agree that the cleaning should have been more thorough and apologise for any miscommunication that led to the subpar service. We also regret the unprofessional behaviour exhibited by the cleaner, including the inappropriate messages and suggestion to collect the cash refund from his residence.
We would like to clarify that while the fridge is typically not included in our bond clean, the assigned cleaning contractor should have communicated this clearly to avoid any misunderstandings.
After discussing the situation with the cleaner, we initially offered a $60 refund, equivalent to one hour of work, which you accepted. We understand that you later requested a $90 refund for 1.5 hours of work, but ultimately agreed to the $60 refund. We acknowledge and respect your discomfort with accepting a cash refund, and the $60 was refunded to your account on 19/12.
We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. We are taking the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again. Should you have any further concerns or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
