I ordered a toy panda off them. Gave them my address. Toy never arrived it was delivered somewhere else. They won't refund me or give me another toy. Emailing them is getting me nowhere. They said I refused the delivery. I did not it was never delivered to my house.

There is no sign of my parcel (art kits for my nieces) which l thought l was purchasing from the UK, in Feb of this year, as it has a UK website domain,
but when l contacted PayPal for a refund they got back to me with 'updated' logistics information. Unfortunately it completely contradicted their previous tracking information. The first one supposedly came from the US to Ireland on 17th March and is still in transit. Normally deliveries in Ireland take 1 day from dispatch from warehouse. But anyway the new piece of logistics info they sent it response to my PayPal query is that it was dispatched from China and was sent to Dubin but they couldn't deliver so it is being sent back. Thecdelivery address is over 150km from Dublin. It is a scam. It's a matter of principle that l am disputing my purchase with PayPal as these scammers need to be stopped.

Absolutely awful product. Did not have a clip on the bun as advertised . Refused to refund in full.

When my order arrived I had been sent a chipped ornament and the other item which should have been silver was a dirty golden colour. They said it would be too expensive to return to china!!! using a .c.uk website I didnt anticipate this and the parcel was actually sent from the USA. I was offered a £4 refund for a£28 purchase.
I have claimed from Paypal but the company seems to be offering a complete refund if I provide tracking numbers for its return at my expensewhich is prohibitive. I am pleased to see that the website is being blocked by AVG as a fraudulent sight. Living in hopes that I can recover this loss BE WARNED!!!

Ordered /Recieved advise of despatch -given tracking number - then advised it had been delivered and there were 2 people at Home on date & time stated -advised contact Royal Mail/Post office -Code not recognised and Repetative info from Support Uk-which I beieve IS A SCAM

Do not order from this company.
I never received the 2 things I ordered and every time I emailed them to ask where my order was they said it had been delivered.
It was never delivered and they told me to contact Royal Mail.
They had no intention of helping me and I asked for a refund which they blatantly ignored.

I live in Baltimore, MD, USA. I have been receiving emails from Abrahammer telling me that my order for a rotating faucet is on the way. I never ordered from Abrahammer, don't know who they are, and certainly could find a faucet here in the U.S. if I needed one. I have emailed them back repeatedly. Yesterday, they sent me tracking instructions. I reminded them that I had not bought anything from them. Their reply? "Don't worry, you only purchased the product on 2024-09-25 19:38:12." It's like a Monty Python skit.

Emailed this company to ask why I had to pay insurance in case the item was lost in the post - surely they are responsible for sending the item to me and claiming off their insurance if it doesnt arrive. Sounds suspiciousto me !!!!?????

Do not use this company. Ordered a curly hair bun as advertised on social media, paid £20.64 for the crappiest bit of fake hair and not what was advertised. No returns policy, have been offered 3GBP for a refund.

How is it allowed these scammers get away with false advertising and not refunding if a customer is not satisfied with said product!!

Ordered two items from Abrahammer and cancelled 6 minutes later on July 14th company said too late as items dispatched! Now said on August 5th items were delivered! absolute rubbish they were not and now not responding to emails they are a scam company beware!

Absolute scam. Ordered elastic waist trousers. They are flimsier than the cheapest pyjamas. Now can’t return them.

Ordered item 13th June with extra shipping of £4.75. The item is tiny but not arrived...allegedly stuck in UK customs..( its a small elephant pin) still not received and declining refund
