Just had the time finally to install these front strut cartridges!! Installed the rear air ride shocks 13 months ago and they are better than stock original items, the fronts ride so much better!!!

I bought a set of coil overs and went to install and the studs in the top hat broke loose inside the top hat and just spun. Contacted customer service for a refund and Told them what happened and they acknowledged that it is a quality problem or a manufactures defect and I was told in order for the refund 173 dollars was gonna be taken out for shipping. This is all within the thirty day mark which states you'd get a full refund.

I want my refund!!!!
I ordered parts from this company in December 2020, the parts did not fit my 2015GMC Denali truck. I sent the parts back via FEDEX... I have yet to receive my refund and it’s now March 31st 2021, the company doesn’t have a direct number to reach them, I’ve sent them multiple emails and still haven’t received any communication but they are waiting for their warehouse to check the return items. I’ve sent them copies of the invoice to where there wear house signed for the returned items.... I really don’t think this is a Legitimate business. I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Not so fast shipping from China!
I read all the reviews on how fast thier shipping was and how well the shocks worked. I placed my order and then receive an email with a tracking number from China. My shocks have been in China for.a week now with still no updated delivery date.

Communication is less then horrible. Response never addressed question. Standard canned response “do not worry” No mention on the website that this is shipping from China. DO NOT USE.
