Again and again, this online store has issues with refunding customers. On 17 October 2025, I received a confirmation email stating that the returned item had been received, and since then I still haven’t received my refund, which violates the condition of issuing refunds within 14 days. The customer support centre keeps repeating the same thing over and over, using unforeseen technical problems as an excuse for why they have been unable to process the refund. They have been “working on it” for 3 weeks now. They respond to emails slowly, and it appears they regularly use this practice to appropriate customers’ funds.

Have not received my refund - goods were received as returned for more than 15 days...

Returned my order more than a month ago. Still haven’t received money back. Customer service said that they are experiencing some kind of technical issues. No one knows when I’ll receive my money back. My last 2 emails just were ignored. Horrible service.

Returned my order on June 19, 2025 (Order No. aolv-5214-330673974), and About You Outlet confirmed they received it. The total refund should be €42.25.

As of August 4th, I still haven’t received my money back. I've contacted support multiple times, and all I get are copy-paste replies: "technical problems," "waiting for a partner reply," etc.

More than 45 days have passed. This is a serious violation of EU consumer rights. I have now submitted a formal complaint to PTAC (Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia).

⚠️ Be very careful with this company. They are not taking refunds seriously.

Discounts are great, I like that can choose materials when I search something

On January 15, 2025, I returned items from About You Outlet, order no.aolv-5214-308668254. However, I have not yet received a refund for the returned items. The status of the returned items in the About You Outlet app is marked as "Cancelled". I have contacted customer service center multiple times, but so far, I have only received apology emails, claiming they have some technical issue, and without any further action.
Now the customer service is not enough bothering to answer!!! Terrible customer service and no refund!!! I'm contacting the Consumer Rights Protection Center of Latvia, as well as the European Consumer Center.
