Although I didn’t have any direct interaction with customer service, the whole purchase experience was excellent. Excellent way of purchasing products, especially when you don't have enough free time, left.
There is a great variety of products. The prices of them, are fair and in many cases much lower than buying a product by a store. The order execution, the delivery service, and condition of the products sent, are all excellent.

Trustworthy Shop, pleasant experience
No stress, fast delivery, smooth return and refund. Unfortunately the order i made in February has never arrived, luckily it was pay on delivery. Company notified about lost of package and cancelled order. I wasn't sure if I wanted to proceed making same order again. And only the customer service lady whose approach was so nice and professional changed my mind. I made another order and was pleasantly surprised that the voucher they offered was really of a better value than mentioned and it was sent very fast. That made whole experience better impression. Thank you!
