I’ve ordered twice from aboutyou. Both times were a disappointment. First time the shipping took over two weeks. Second time I ordered I got a completely different product than what I originally ordered. Their response: If I want the item I ordered, I have to order it again and pay for it again! And then of course pay for the return of the wrong products I got, or I won’t get my money back.

All in all an easy and satisfactory order experience.

I bought a pair of shoes size 43. I received shoes size 37. Then I called All About You to tell about it.
First one person, that I dont remember the name answeared the call and her answears to my questions werent good and also she didnt speaks english in a way that is easy to undertand. Then I called again and a worker named Sharon answeared the call. She solved all the problems and helped me in everything I needed. She is a fantastic worker I sent my shoes back, received my money in a short time. Sharon also gave me a voucher to buy the same shoes, with the same price. Unfortunately, All About You didnt had the shoes on the size I bought (43), so Sharon helped me to find some similar shoes and pay the same price of the shoes i firstly bought. I bought other shoes and now i'm waiting them. I hope this time I receive the correct size shoes. I must say that this was the first time I bought on All About You. If Sharon didnt gave me so amazing support, I wouldnt buy anything in your website anymore. Because of Sharon's help, I will keep buying on your website. Sharon deserves a big recognize about her work. Thank you.

Easy returns with pre-filled return label sticker in the box. Prices are competitive, but shipment took a week (longer than some other companies).

I ordered from About you for the first time and the overall process was awesome. Packaging was super, communication was great.. product as promised and no need to return it..will definitely order again!
