Watches - Worth an experience!!!
Watches – While I'm not an avid collector, the craftsmanship and design of these timepieces caught my attention, prompting me to try a few. I was thoroughly impressed. The quality and finish were exceptional, and the packaging was top-notch.
What stood out even more, however, was the customer service. From placing the order to delivery and after-sales support, their service was flawless and incredibly efficient. They made me feel as though I had walked into a luxury watch showroom—better, in fact, than some places I know that charge just for the experience.
Truly outstanding, and I’m excited to continue collecting from this brand.

This is the second watch I've purchased. They get many comments and display simplistic beauty. I also love that I can wear them when I travel and not have to worry about a loss due to the incredible value they provide. They provide outstanding customer service and always receive a quick response to emails and questions. You don't get that from Rolex!

I had one of the best customer service experiences with About Vintage. Really fast responses and shipping. They were beyond helpful to correct My mistake (spelling engraving). Great customer service by Katrine at AV
Not only they make great looking watches especially the 1960 Racing Chronograph that I ended up buying, their after sale customer service is also very commendable.
Upon purchase of the watch I did not opt for the extra strap with the discounted price in oppose to paying full price if you buy them separately but Katrine from AV had kindly gave me the discount (about AU$50 off) after I emailed them about my situation.
It took a day for them to reply and it was an easy straight forward transaction and I am very grateful with it. Thanks again...

Great customer service... friendly, quick, and responsive. I damaged my watch and sent it in for repair. They confirmed receipt, provided a cost quote and confirmed it was ok with me before proceeding. The watch came back good as new.

These watches have the vintage look I was seeking
Shipping was crazy fast I think it was airdropped on my porch from a plane. Watch came well packed and looks great. New strap is stiff but that's expected so I wrapped it around the thing it comes on for 24 hours. Looking forward to wearing it tomorrow.

Excellent Customer Service and Quick Response Time
I recently contacted customer service of AboutVintage because I had a few questions. They responded incredibly quickly and went above and beyond to assist me. An item I was interested in was out of stock on their website, but they found it in their Copenhagen store and offered to send it to me. They created an order for me, which I paid for online, and the item was shipped in no time.
I’m extremely thankful for their help and impressed by their efficiency. It was an absolute pleasure to be assisted by such a professional and customer-focused team. Highly recommend!
