Worked with Sara, to resolve an issue that I had with an item I ordered, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only was she quick to respond, but there was no back and forth needed. She recognized my issue and took care of it. It’s customer service like this that elevates a brand and will definitely make me a repeat customer.

Ordered some boxy T-shirts. Great quality and even better customer service in regards to returning the items (hassle free and free returns). There was a slight delay on issuing the refund by Sara from customer services was quick to reply and sort the issue. Refreshing service in this day and age.

There was a small stitching defect, not a big deal, it happens. I reached out to customer service to see what could be done, and they got back to me in less than 24 hours with an offer to send a replacement. Super happy with the quick response and great service!

I received an item that was too small and returned it, but it seems the parcel was lost by Royal Mail. Despite that, About Blank provided prompt assistance and went ahead with the exchange even though the original item wasn't returned. Truly recommended!

Goods ordered paid extra for next day delivery. Order had not arrived so requested help. Postage refunded straight away and email received asking if goods received as they had the tracking number

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my positive experience with About Blank. I ordered a pair of trousers from them and had a minor issue that I flagged to their customer service team. They were not only quick to respond, but also incredibly generous in how they handled the situation — offering a refund under fair and reasonable circumstances without any hassle though it was outside the return date.

It’s so refreshing to deal with a brand that truly cares about its customers.

Top notch products and customer service to match. Made a mistake my end and ordered the wrong size for a t-shirt, got in touch with customer service and they resolved my issue the next morning, less than 12 hours later!

Costumer service is very helpful and fast to reply. Despite the fact that they do not offer a return service, the products are top notch and the return process is well documented and observed by their costumer service!

I ordered a t shirt for my grandson and realised I should have asked for express delivery as he needed it for his holiday. I emailed and got a response from Sara within an hour to say they had changed the delivery at no extra charge to me. So refreshing to experience such good customer service.

The help I have had regarding a cap I purchased was amazing. Customer service has been outstanding. I always recommend this brand to friends and family
