Lovely clothing
Lovely clothing. Both the T shirt and the Hoodie I've purchased are really good quality and fit nicely. My experience of the customer support was excellent. I had a slight issue when ordering, but that was quickly resolved by Sara. Would definitely order again. Looking forward to seeing future releases!

Excellent customer service, responded quickly and dealt with the issue I had whereby the trouser pockets had a fault. A new pair were sent out promptly and I was kept updated throughout.

I had some slight issues with the order (nothing wrong with the product), and had to contact the business to have this dealt with. I spoke to Sara who was brilliant, she sorted out the problem and provided me with constant updates throughout. Really great level of service and I now have the product and couldn’t be happier!

Awful experience trying to return an item.
I honestly wish I could agree with the reviews relating to good customer service because the clothing is of good quality; however, my experience has been the absolute opposite upon needing to return an item. I ordered two items totalling £325 minus a first order discount on 12th Dec which were promptly delivered on 13th Dec - fantastic. Both items were Christmas gifts, one of which I needed to return but as it was a present only discovered this after Boxing Day. I was unable to organise the return via the portal because 14 days had passed since delivery regardless of the time of year. I searched the website and could not find any information regarding extended return dates so contacted customer services on 28th Dec. I received a reply stating they don't work weekends and I would receive a response within 24 hours of the next working day. 5 days of silence passed and I only received a response when I sent another email of complaint. The response, which was received on a Saturday when they apparently don't work, left me with 1 day to return the item to obtain a full refund. I contacted Sara twice the same day to no avail. As I type, I have still not received a response. Marketing texts and emails are heavy handed and I was sent an email on Christmas Day confirming £25 had been 'added' to my account but I had to spend it by Boxing Day or it disappeared. Sadly, it was my first and last order. Dreadful experience.

Good cloths bad returns
Good quality cloths one of the best brands for it. Absolutely horrific returns policy, clearly to make it as hard as possible so all respect lost on the front. Didn't come with a returns form so had to wait on an email for it. It claims there is free return label for UK with a £4 took off the refund on the website, I presumed this would be like most brands and give a barcode for the post office to scan, but all I have been given is the return address so Ive had to pay out for the postage as well as the £4 refund fee so Im confused what part of it is supposed to be pre paid. What i find funny is there is an easier return system for US returns the UK for a UK based company.
