Went to Able world at Cherry tree House Linkway in Runcorn to find a wheelchair to suit my needs.
It was all you needed in one place with undisturbed browsing. When I approached the staff they could not have been more helpful.
All the staff are A1.
Excellent store. And in my view an essential part of our area.
Shopped there many times and always met by polite and helpful staff.

Roy was very helpful in demonstrating various riser/recliner chairs on two occasions. Help was provided without any pressure selling and the whole shopping experience for myself and my wife was very enjoyable.

Went into the Runcorn store and was served by Colin, he was friendly, knowledgeable and polite, and didn't try to sell us anything that wasn't suitable for my husbands needs. Colin showed us several wheelchairs, showing us how they folded and came apart. Nothing was too much trouble, and at no point did we feel pressured to buy, just felt helped. Thank you Colin, your a star 🌟

First time shopping in your store so was apprehensive the staff put me fully at ease understood how I felt and gave me all the advice I needed the service was impeccable and I made two purchases

I recently visited my local ableworld store in Runcorn. As I needed a part for my scooter. Martin the instore engineer was incredibly knowledgeable and I can't thank him enough. He's definitely an asset to you ableworld.

Went to checkout a wheelchair for a young 18yr old man who has suffered from the lasting effects of Covid and who needs one to be able to get around and get some freedom.
Colin was our assistant and showed us all the available stock. One was soon selected with Colins help. Thank you Colin and Ableworld.

We have just bought a power chair from Ableworld in Runcorn.
We cannot speak more highly of the service we received from Colin, Roy and the two gentlemen who came to our home to demonstrate it in situ. They were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They were judiciously appointed as they are an absolute credit and asset to your company. There was no pressure to buy and the service was second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending Ableworld and feel that if all companies in the UK were to follow their example, GB would be a better place in which to do business .

Our visit to the Runcorn store was a pleasure,Colin was a great assistant,he had lots of patience,nothing was any trouble to him,my wife made the purchase she required and is very satisfied,I’m sure we will be visiting the store again ,Colin is a credit to the company.

Colin was wonderful. Owned my fractious thinking of the day, led me confidently and cheerfully around the store to every item I requested. No. He actually left me at the place I needed to spend time trying on a support item, and brought TO me the other items, which was just what I needed that day. He helped me correctly fit the support, laughing together at life and the many difficulties it throws at us all. Colin was a real tonic to me.
My previous visit to this fairly new store was right at end of day, months ago, as they were closing up. They greeted me, led me to what I needed and I was on my way. I did not feel inconvenient in any way. Well done all.. and thanks.

Dad has advanced parkinsons and needed a new electric chair and power chair, we took dad into the shop to try different items we were met by Colin a sale advisor he was Fantastic with dad and understood dad's needs, dad picked the items he needed and Colin organised a demonstration at dad's house the following day dad agreeded the sale and was very happy. I would highly recommend the runcorn shop and it was a pleasure doing business with you Colin and Roy.

I needed a replacement front wheel for my wheelchair I rang many companies in the Runcorn, Widnes and Warrington area and all said because the wheelchair wasn’t bought from them they couldn’t help me out, but when I phoned Roy at Ableworld Runcorn he said if I called in he was sure they could help me out, so I called in and was seen to by Colin I showed him the wheel I needed he said give me a minute and went into the back of the shop and brought two used wheels out and one was perfect, when I asked how much I owed him he said nothing and gave me the wheel, I can’t say how much this gesture was appreciated a top class service, Many Thanks Colin…

Went in with my friend, spoke to Colin. who was very nice and explained to us how the VAT system works and even got us to try a scooter! he was very pleasant and my friend bought a walker! great to see a store that didn't push at all for a sale! I'm sure we will be back very soon!

Had a very good service from Colin. Ordered my part which came within a couple of days. Great all round experience would definitely use again.

We have to express our thanks to Ableworld Runcorn for the first class service we received when we first visited the store on 19 December ‘22. My husband had just been discharged from hospital following a stroke and my daughter and I were shopping for a comfortable reclining chair for him. Roy responded to our request with helpful and informative advice, showing us a wide display of chairs in different price ranges. Unable to make up our minds which would be better for my husband, Roy told us of their company policy to allow their customers to try two chairs in their own home, when the prospective user would be able to make his/her decision. What a great idea! The very next day, two members of the Runcorn branch of Ableworld arrived at our home to demonstrate the two models we had chosen and to give advice re sizing to suit the user. My husband is absolutely over the moon with his new “toy” and is the envy of our grandchildren! The chair is comfortable and is proving a real asset in accommodating his special needs. We also have the security of knowing that there is help available should we need further advice or if any technical problems should arise! We have no hesitation in recommending Ableworld to those who are looking for helpful, knowledgeable staff, a wide variety of products and the security of technical follow-up if needed.

Colin was an excellent advisor he showed me many items that would help with my aid I tried 3 different sock aids and bought the best one for me there was no pressure he was very helpful

Excellent service from Roy and Colin. They explained all the ins and outs of our new wheelchair.
They demonstrated all the features of the appliance and ensured we were able to work them ourselves.
They explained all paperwork and guarantees regarding the wheelchair.
As well as informing us to return and see them if we had any problems.
Will definitely be using them again for all our disability requirements.

I telephoned Colin at Runcorn Ableworld as I needed a walking frame immediately. He helped me chose the right one, and also as I could not leave my husband alone was able to drop it off to me on his way home. He went above and beyond for me. We had bought items from Runcorn Ableworld before, and I will be definitely using them in the future.

We were in to buy some items for my father in law. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to other people who need to shop there.
