Well what a perfect service from the moment I enquired to the moment the work was completed. Communication throughout was the best and clear all the way through. It was great to know they checked the requirements prior to arrival and the job was finished to perfection. Can’t rate the company, Jackie and Rob highly enough and recommend them to anyone moving forward. Best decision to use Able Install Ltd

On 20 Sept 2025 a technician from Able Install Window Film Solutions attended my property for an installation. After the visit, there were more than 20 visible damaged areas on my newly painted walls and noticeable watermarks where water was sprayed onto interior walls with no windows.

In my view, this workmanship fell far below a reasonable professional standard and has left me needing remedial works at my own cost. My builder is preparing a quotation for repair and redecoration.

I submitted a formal written complaint to the company on 20 Sept 2025. As of today, more than 45 days later, I have not received any investigation result or proposal to resolve the damage.

Real customer: invoice INV-2524, contract sum £1,672.62.

Jackie kept in touch and was quick to feedback and reply. Rob, was friendly and courteous, but most importantly did a really professional job with the install. It looks great.

What can I say other than this is how a Company should be run and work.
From the very first contact with Jackie, she was polite, patient, prompt with her replies and extremely helpful. From sending out samples, issuing a quote and then arranging an installation date; which was fitted in very quickly.
Rob came to install on the date given, giving me an update on his arrival time when delayed due to Motorway accident. Rob went through what I had requested and made a suggestion to change the film type I had chosen and the reasons why. I went along with his suggestion and now glad I did. Rob was polite, respectful of my property and cleaned everything away when completed. The perfect job from start to finish.
I am very pleased with the job done and the way this Company conducted themselves in every aspect and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. This is something I very rarely do these days as it is rare to find a Company that works to these standards.
In my previous position/occupation, I used to have a saying:- “The bitterness of poor Quality is remembered long after the sweetness of the price”.
Something you don’t have to worry about with this Company.

From start to finish everything went smoothly , efficiently & promptly. Initial email correspondence with Jackie was quickly completed . The installation was quite speedily arranged , times confirmed the day before and on the day. The job was done efficiently & professionally. I had a light grey window film put on 2 high up triangular windows in our sunny extension mainly to hide glare & of secondary concern heat -it’s barely noticeable that there is anything different - just a slight tint- now all I need is the sun & heat again! Everything was left tidy & clean & Rob who did the job was very courteous & polite& helpful. I would recommend this company.

Rob arrived on time, worked all day to get our windows done. He was friendly and courteous at all times.
He was probably the tidiest person we have had doing work for us. He continously tidied up after himself, made sure the areas he worked in were clean and the windowsills dry, double checked that every film was perfect. He explained what to expect in the next month or so as the film cures.

I cannot recommend Able Install highly enough! They recently fitted solar heat and glare reduction film to my conservatory, and the difference has been absolutely remarkable. What was once an unbearable space during hot weather is now a cool, comfortable room I can enjoy even in a heatwave. I honestly wish I’d done it years ago.

Rob and Jackie were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The whole process was seamless, and the pricing was very reasonable too. A huge thank you to the entire team at Able Install – you've completely transformed my conservatory!

With a west facing conservatory attached to a bungalow, we were sceptical about trying solar film for a second time. (the last was 8 years ago) So we decided to tell Able Install about the excessive heat and glare we were experiencing and ask for advice. Jackie was the first to respond with an in-depth explanation of the benefits of today’s solar film and arranged samples for us to view. We sent photos of our conservatory and Jackie responded with a quotation. Satisfied with the quotation and process so far we placed an order. Rob was able to get to us in a few days and he removed the old solar film and replaced it with the film we chose. All very professional, clean and tidy and Rob is a very amiable person. Now the best part. Heat in the conservatory prior to the new solar film was 34 - 44 degrees and higher if windows were closed. Post installation it is down 24 - 26 degrees even when the sun has been full on these last few days and glare is no longer the major issue it was. Compared with internal and external conservatory roofing solar film is not a poor neighbour.

Fantastic assistance from Jackie and superb installation by Rob. Able Install applied films on all our floor to ceiling windows of our south-west facing apartment...what a difference in temperature and light filtration. The only regret? Why didn't find Able Install and hire them years ago! Thanks Jackie and Rob :)

Our experience with Able Install was great. I work for the Musicians' Union based in Glasgow and Jackie the Administrator was extremely helpful throughout the quotation and design process. The most professional window film install company I have dealt with. Work done promptly and to a high standard. Knowledgeable about compliance requirements and supplied all datasheets without having to be asked. Office and installation staff both a pleasure to deal with.
