They should listen to the customer I’ve been emailing all day saying I’m not happy I do not like the top it’s see through and looks nothing like the picture all I want to do is send it back and get my money refunded I think for nearly £50 it should be a lot better quality

Ordered 3 tops a month ago, and I still have not received them and have not had any correspondence from Abilvia.

Their size chart is not good. For those who wear size 16, you should order XXL in Canada. They don't want me to return, instead, they ask me an other 15$ american to send me the XXL. I already paid 73.33$ canadian. That's enough!
Just too bad because their blouses are really nice. I wanted to order many of them in the future but I'm not agree with their policy return.

I ordered three tops that cost me 102.00. Wish I had read reviews on this company before I ordered. Tops did not fit requested a return authorization and they offered me a 25.00 credit. Told them I wanted to return the items for full credit. They sent me another offer of 35.00 and keep the items. I can't believe they want to negotiate when they state you can do a return for full refund. I would not recommend for anyone to purchase from this company. The sizes they offer are not true to most merchant scales. Please be warned that they will take you for a ride.

Don’t order if you need to return or exchange. Ordered 2 blouses, 1 sweatshirt, they came in pretty quickly. No packing information in the bag but I had my email info for them. One blouse was incorrect and one smelled so bad I put it back in the bag. Sweatshirt was nice. Sent them an email to return the 2 blouses, they said sorry it didn’t meet my expectations, we can credit you $14.00 and you can keep them. That’s it I say???? I paid $80.00 for the 2 blouses…. Very misleading company, would not recommend them to anyone! Hate when these companies can rip off the consumer and think it is okay….

My items came and was packaged nicely.

The selection was great however the delivery took extremely too long. Also I was not aware or informed that this purchase was an international company which charged me international fees. Not good. Otherwise the quality of merchandise was acceptable.

Really nice quality of material and good fit. Had to wait 6 or 7 weeks for the order to arrive. Contacted seller and they informed that one of the tops was temporarily out of stock. We decided to wait and glad that we did. Will place another order and see if delivery is quicker this time.
