The service is in top, on their website it clearly state within what dates they are in you area, and I even got my goods early. One item was unfortunately broken, but got the offer of a refund or a new item. Great service. We will definitely be ordering again.

I have been ordering from Abigail for a long time now and they have always been professional, courteous and prompt. Unfortunately, due to Coronavirus and Brexit, their usual high standards have been tested and been taken out of their hands. Completely understandable. Anyone writing a negative review during these difficult times should feel ashamed of themselves. Your turkey or crackers not being delivered should be the least of your concerns. Thank you Abigails for providing me with a taste of home during these difficult times - late or punctual - I am confident you are doing the best you can during this global crisis. Let's show understanding and support to all small businesses during this difficult time.

despite ordering more than 10 days in advance, and receiving a confirmation 9 days ago, for xmas food. I have heard nothing from them, and have written again on the 22nd dec, with no response, when i ring on the 23rd their only response is - yeah well we are not going to make it. Great waste of time- and totally unprofessional- on the positive side managed to make my own mincemeat and cranberry sauce, having to spend the 23rd buying ingredients...the superbest in østerbro is a good alternative....
