Cheap toners but very bad after service
Looking for cheap toners, yeah you will find them here. But having a problem with your order and getting solved is a costly, time consuming and eventually they steal a part of your money.
I've ordered a drum unit and a set of toners, alas somehow the wrong toners got deliverd, I contacted the service desk to return them (they were unopened), and the service desk replied that I could open one and try to use it in the printer. Alas it didn't fit, it wasn't used/damaged and I placed the protection back and even sealed the plastic sleeve. I thereby returned them (you have to pay yourself for the return costs of 15 euro!) and more then 3 weeks later I got a notice that they only refund 3 of the 4 toners. The one that was opened was heavily reduced in price and therefor I didn't even get a part of the money back.
This is stealing, because I follwed their instructions and now apart from the 15 euro shipping costst that I had to pay I didn't get any money back for the toner.
I replied them that I don't agree with this because I followed their instructions, I'm waiting on their reaction.
