The team is super professional, extremely hardworking, respectful and very supportive. My experience from the initial contact, to the transplant procedure and then aftercare, the whole progression for me has been very positive as abcmedlife has been very thorough in communication and assistance.
The process is for a foreigner to come and have it done in a short period of time. They will do everything for you regarding transportation and where you will live. They will always message you in advance about any information you need, which gave me a stress-free and worry-free experience.
My main concern was the hairline and I would highly recommend anyone planning to think about it in advance to understand which type is more suitable for your face. I had a good conversation with the surgeon about the hairline I wanted and what was possible and I am happy with the line I will have on my front.
The staff is amazing. Living in the US, I am used to getting a service where I feel like just another customer, but there I felt how attentive and really friendly the staff was.
