I placed my order late October and it just arrived two days ago, November 13. I had no idea the items were coming from Hong Kong until I got the shipping notification. These items went everywhere and moved at a snails pace. I always take a medium in my tops so that is what I ordered. When they arrived, they were tight fitting and very poor quality. The only tag inside each shirt said “M”. No other information provided. The people making these clothes in Hong Kong or China absolutely do not know how to size the product. These items were small at best. I will never order again. Their stuff looks absolutely beautiful online, buyer beware as the one top that I purchased was only similar to the item online and when I saw it personally, it is not something I would’ve ordered

I ordered 3 items from the Outlander collection. The first 2 items arrived, finally, after a long wait. However, the cap I ordered never arrived. I've emailed the company and they advised that it was shipped separately. On 5/9 they advised that my cap was enroute. After several more follow-ups they said my cap was delivered on 5/1. Needless to say, I never received my cap and now I have no recourse but to dispute the charge with my credit card.

I have been trying to get a return label from this company for almost 2 weeks. The quality of the merchandise is poor, the colors look like something from a comic strip, and overall, the items do not look anything like the advertised clothes in the add. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

I received several shirts. There is no label on the shirt. No washing instructions, no what the material is, or where it was made. It takes a long time to get, and not impressed. Would send it back if they offer returns.

The clothing is definitely not what it looks like online. The sizes are way off. Colors all run together bleeding colors

Buyer BEWARE! I ordered in mid May for a swimsuit. I have ordered frm other companies overseas and never dealt with anyone like this place. On June 9 I received an email from the company saying my item has been delivered. (Nothing came to me). The same day I received an email from the Postal Service saying a package was sent back to sender because NO address was on the package. (I have informed Delivery through the PO and they send me daily alerts on my incoming mail I am to receive). I checked the ABClothes website and saw my account info, my address was on there twice. I contacted them and told them that my item was sent back to them, and that I expected a full refund. They wrote back and said it was MY FAULT for not picking it up from the 'courier' and they would be willing to give me HALF the refund. What?! The post office sent me ONE note. They never asked me to pick anything up that's why I paid for shipping on my purchase. I have received at least three notes from ABClothes repeating the very same remarks that it is my fault and they are willing to pay half of the refund. WHAT kind of company is this? I will be contacting every agency I can find to file complaints as this is unacceptable practices.
