Ordered what thought was going to be a…special gift - sadly not

Ordered what thought we was going to be a special,60th birthday gift.
Incredibly disappointed, poor quality, initial cannot be read. Looks tinny and we would not even consider it for a child.
We are having to spend another £100 on another gift as we really cannot give this to a special friend.
Customer services is just automated generic replies that are patronising to say the least.
At a loss as to what to do with the item, tempted to return and pursue refund.

Avoid Personalised Arabic Necklace

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the personalised Arabic necklace I recently received from Abbott Lyon

This was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, the product was far from my expectations or the description which was provided on the website

Specifically:

1. Size: The necklace is significantly larger than advertised, which makes it unsuitable for the intended purpose. The size is ridiculous, it looks like a rappers oversized medallion.
2. Quality: The overall craftsmanship is poor, and it does not reflect the premium quality I was led to expect.
3. Safety: The edges of the necklace are sharp, making it not only uncomfortable to wear but also dangerous and has the potential to cause injury.

I contacted Abbott Lyon to resolve the issue, however they were unwilling to help.

Avoid this product.

Embarrassing Engraving and Tacky Jewellery…

You cannot read these personalised names on the bracelets - the bracelets are cheap and tacky looking- total embarrassment- no way I can give these to my daughter as part of her present! I have contacted company direct and they have said there is nothing they are prepared to do - the bracelets are fine. Total joke and now have two pieces of jewellery that are good for nothing!! The answer I got from the customer services coordinator is obviously a set response to a complaint which makes it even worse!

Ordered 2 rings, and within a day or so the stones from both rings had fallen out. I spoke to someone on live chat who kept me on there for 40 minutes with no resolution. I then got an email from someone saying they would refund me £35, not so great when you have spent £89 on a ring which you are not going to wear anymore, it was like they were doing me a favour! Poor service, poor products. Don't waste your money here, shop elsewhere!

Exceptional service

After 11 months a letter on the Bracelet came off. Customer service couldn't have been more helpful offering to replace it (under warrantee) with full apology

Love all of my pieces from Abbott Lyon!

I can't stop buying new necklaces I just love them all. Recently brought some bangles for my family and now need to get one for me too. The quality is amazing and the gift wrapping is always so beautiful - if you're like me and hate wrapping at Christmas I recommend you use this service!

**Frustrating experience with missing…

**Frustrating experience with missing order and poor communication**

I ordered three bracelets from Abbott Lyon, but only two were delivered. The third, and most expensive item, has still not arrived over 10 days later. Despite emailing customer service multiple times, responses have been few and far between. I was promised twice that the item would be dispatched "as soon as possible," yet nothing has changed.

To make matters worse, when I asked to cancel the order for the missing bracelet, I was refused, even though they admitted it was still days away from being dispatched. While the products I did receive are nice, the poor communication, delays, and lack of flexibility have really soured my experience.

Very disappointed

Sent me the wrong order and now no one is responding to me. Such a waste of time and I now have no gift to give for a birthday present

What’s the point of going through several quality checks if you can’t even get the order correct or respond to your customers

It’s more about the way they give you service. It’s absolutely appalling.

I ordered a beautiful bracelet for my new born with their name on it and letters broke off. I received money back to buy a new one and they told me I had 3 MONTHS to get what I needed and there was no rush. (20/04/2024) I’ve just messaged them to say it doesn’t work as today would be the last day being (20/07/2024) and they told me that it was yesterday it ran out. NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS.

It’s an absolute joke

Cheap, tarnished rings

Bought 2 rings for myself & my sister from the Stacey Solomon range. after a couple of weeks my sisters ring tarnished & sent her finger green, the website clearly states @absolutely does not tarnish'
They apologised & sent replacement rings for both of us as mine was starting to tarnish too.
The replacement ring has tarnished even worse than before & looks awful.
I complained again asking for a refund which they said they can't do but will give me a credit note. These rings were not cheap & now I have a credit note for a company who I will never buy from again as their jewellery is clearly cheap tat that they are putting an over the top price on. very disappointed.

Placed an order for 2 initial chains…

Placed an order for 2 initial chains with birthstones. One was correct the October birthstone which is opal on the site was replaced by a clear cheap looking plastic one. I have tried numerous attempts to contact the company but they are not returning my emails. There is no other way to return my item until they do. This order is a gift for my daughter whose birthday is 1 week away. I have been trying for over a week to rectify this. Really disappointed and don't advise using this company. They shipped immediately but like alot of online companies don't respond when there is an issue.

Not good

Terrible customer service
Haven’t received the product yet so can’t comment on that
I ordered product and about a day and a half or like 30 some hours later I got a notification saying that they were on sale for 40% off so I messaged asking for the different since I had just placed my order and I had to wait over 15 minutes for a response that said we have to carefully time our sales so that we can provide spectacular savings to customers…. Literally got a BS response and it took so long to even get that BS response. Very dissatisfied. The person in the chat who was “assisting me” Only offered to add me to the newsletter so that I could be informed of the sales. But like Duhhh (so pointless and useless) obviously I am already and that doesn’t make a difference
