Irresponsible and unreliable organization
I have had a leakage issue in my apartment pipe since November 2025. It is now June 2026, and still nothing has been fixed. Different plumbers came by, looked around, and did not do anything.
Only months after the issue first appeared, AB Beheer arranged for Hoofd VvE insurance to check who should cover the problem. I do not understand why this was not done from the beginning. The insurance confirmed in April 2026 that it is a VvE case and assigned a budget.
Since then, I have been chasing AB Beheer for a repair plan, an update, or any kind of clear answer. They simply ignore me. Both the person assigned to this case and the general email address have not provided any proper response.
This is unacceptable and very disrespectful. I consider myself a patient person and I was willing to wait, but being ignored for months while dealing with water damage is beyond frustrating.
I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
