No delivery and unresponsive customer service
UPDATE: After a few emails the company accepted that a technical fault was the cause of the issue, and resolved the order. Received the armband and very high-quality. Shame that it has taken so long to get the product otherwise would have been 5*. Appreciate they did resolve the issue though!

Delivery hasn't arrived and not getting any response from customer service after the initial email. I have chased 3 times and not received any further update of where my delivery is. Ordered start of May but still not here at end of June.
Would advise anyone to definitely avoid!!

The delivery was good and transparent, and the product matches the photos. However, I find that the measurements are not entirely accurate.

Really happy with my order
Really happy with my order! The captain armbands look great and the quality is excellent. I also loved that I could customize them exactly how I wanted on the website.
The only downside was the shipping, it took a bit longer than expected, and I didn’t get a reply when I asked for an update. But I totally understand it might have been a busy time for them.
Overall, I’m super satisfied and the product definitely deserves 5 stars!
