We bought our Hot Tub 2021. We have had fantastic service throughout with sales and advice.
Recently we had another service, I am so happy to say the Tub looks as good as new. All limescale totally gone and absolutely sparkling.

The team here were great! They couldn't have offered a better service or more support post purchase. On top of amazing service the delivery was fast and the fitters were lovely too.

From my initial purchase of my new hot tub in 2021, I found Andy & Ali’s service second to none.

They would answer phone calls and when I needed my tub servicing and when I bought an air source heat pump, prompt service was forthcoming.

Unfortunately, things have deteriorated now to the point that most calls go unanswered, they only open their shop two days a week, and they never return calls when they say they will.

My tub showed signs of leaks over two months ago. I rang AA Hot Tubs, and a visit was arranged a week or so later, where the engineer eventually turned up he found several more leaks and said they would get the new jets and seals as required.

However, despite waiting over three weeks they had still not arranged a visit and repair, but after many WhatsApp messages those repairs were undertaken, but unfortunately several other issues found.

The engineer took pictures after we filled the tub and established what further jets / seals were required, and I was assured a phone call that evening to arrange their fitting and completion.

Yet as expected now, a week on, still no phone calls, nothing!

The most annoying thing from the entire two-month fiasco is constantly being ignored!

No replies to messages both verbal and written, and NEVER ONCE has anyone ever phoned back, even to express regrets for the delay or to offer any explanation!

It’s quite unacceptable business practice, and so unnecessary, when telling me the truth on time, is so much better.

Something is very amiss with this business these days, so caveat emptor!

AA Hot Tubs Relocated a hot tub from Grimsby to Nettleham for me.
I have to say it was an absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, reasonably priced and very helpful.
Impressed with Andy’s care and knowledge and instantly trust worthy.
Will definitely use them again for aftercare 👍

We have recently relocated from Kent to Lincoln and used AA Hot Tubs services to transport our hot tub.
I can not recommend them high enough, one of the A*** companies we have used. Both Andy and Lee were very professional and attentive to our needs and requirements. Very friendly and helpful and got the job done to the highest possible standards. Thank you very much guys! 👍👍👍

AA Hot Tubs have been excellent through and through.

I initially was initially looking around the local area for hot tub providers and Ali really stood out with her excellent knowledge, offers on hand and she was very friendly as well - Andy did great on delivery ensuring everything was handled with care and installed correctly.

I am very happy and have already recommended to some friends and family - great value and service!

Supplied us with our hottub and recently a heat source pump. Always on hand to answer any queries or give tips.We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bought hot tub 2 years ago and I have loved it. Went on the service plan and I don't have to worry about a thing. AA Hot Tubs are always there to help and the air source heat pump has been a game changer. Would highly recommend.

Offering total support and advice from choice of tub to suit your needs to follow-on professional maintenance and servicing. Why would you shop elsewhere when this Team will provide you with everything from the hot tub, the chemicals and all the ongoing support you could possibly need.

We bought our tub during lockdown in 2020 and through Alison’s expert coordination we got the latest model which was only just being released. Communication was brilliant throughout and the install was seamless, even down to removing and reinstalling a fence panel. The coaching on how to look after our tub has proved priceless and we are still regular users of our HT all year round. We would be lost without it now!

Excellent service Andy and Ali go above and beyond to deal with all their customers needs. They are very fair and have such a friendly attitude nothing is too much trouble. I have been using them about three years and have nothing negative to say as they are lovely.

Friendly and prompt service came out within a few days, diagnosed the faulty part, came back again with the week with the new part delivered and the tub is running like new

Purchased my hot tub from AA Hot Tubs in 2020 and the delivery and installation were fantastic despite a tight squeeze to get it to my back garden. I now have a maintenance and clean contract which is always executed in a timely and professional manner. Additionally when I ring for ad hoc advice Andy and Ali are always patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Aa hot tubs have supplied, fitted and looked after my every need from moving my tub. Cleaning my tub and supplying all the chemicals i need. They are quick to help and smashing guys.
Couldn’t get any better.
