Earlier this year I had cause to use the storage facilities of Absolute Self Storage in Glasgow. Not only did they have the best prices and offers, but everybody I dealt with were friendly, professional and very helpful, with none more so than Jamie Outhwaite who went above and beyond. An absolute Gent. (No pun intended).

So grateful to have found Aabsolute Self Storage and Jamie Outhwaite. I was renting with another storage company for 18 months, my initial rent with them was £150, like another reviewer after my initial contract I was hit with 2 price increase, took the hit the first time but the second price increase put my rent to £603. This is standard practice for this company I have since found out. I moved into my unit at Aabsolute Self Storage Queenslie today and I am delighted. My unit is larger than I had before, it is brighter than my unit before (no need for battery lighting it is so bright), it is clean and all in all just much better. The trolleys are a good size and the lift is very spacious. Jamie and Michelle have been very helpful, friendly and professional and I am saving a massive £5016 a year. I wish I had found them 18 months ago!

Aabsolute are brilliant. From the first time we called they were knowledgable, friendly and great value. We were using another storage company in the city centre (less than 10 minutes away) who didn’t care about loyalty (we’d been with them over 18 months) and once our initial deal ran out, we were hit with 2 price increases meaning we were over £250 every 4 weeks. Jamie saved us over £2k a year, gave us a bigger unit and was a pleasure to deal with. I’ve no hesitation in recommending Aabsolute to anyone.

I’ve been a customer at Aabsolute Storage for 7 years whilst living abroad and have always received excellent customer service throughout. Recently though, when we went to clear out our belongings, the manager Stevie really went the extra mile. We’d accidentally dropped a very important family item and he immediately contacted us and sent it to our new address with no charge. Amazing service and I’d thoroughly recommend this storage company to anyone.

I've used other storage facilities before, but this is by far the best. It's so easy to transport stuff in and out, the facilities are safe and secure and clean, it is reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly. Would 100% use again or recommend to a friend!

It is essential to emphasise the ease, efficiency and value Aabsolute Storage has brought to our hectic life. Stevie or one of his team are always available to ensure ‘Safe’ accessibility and readiness of trolleys to enable my movement of goods to / from my unit. I moved out of a large home 3 years ago and had downgraded so I have been paying storage fees for this length of time. Initially I was with Safestorage as it seemed very reasonable however what they don't tell you is about all the hidden fees and frequent increases on payments. Safestore charge you 4 weekly not monthly. I am embarrassed to admit that it has taken me so long to move my stuff and am delighted I have found Aabsolute storage. This is going to save me £2000 a year! Yes it's really that much better! Thanks Jamie for your help and look forward to doing business with a company who don't rip their customers off.

Jamie made the stress of moving house so much less stressful with all of his help. Fantastic service and price, super accommodating and very responsive to messages.
