very good service, and communication was very good

AAA Appliance care are the real deal.

Last week I ordered a replacement door seal for my beko washing machine as mine had torn - as you can imagine this is worst case scenario in a house with two young children!

The delivery went over the expected date so I called them to see if they could dig any deeper, it turns out the courier used had had a huge IT issue this week and not only had it not turned up, but tracking was not available, naturally I started to worry a bit and expressed this to AAA. Jordan from AAA appliance care went ABOVE and beyond helping me to resolve this situation and even offered to send me another one through a different courier direct from there supplier with a returns note for me to send the original item back in good faith, this was with me in less than 24 hours. I would use these guys for any parts I would ever need in the future and would recommend them to anyone else, best customer service I’ve had in years, proper job guys thank you!!!

No reply back from customer service. Multiple failed attempts - would not recommended this company.

Outstanding service. Existing dishwasher broke over Christmas. New dishwasher ordered and delivered within 1h! Great customer service, very helpful and deliver second to none.

Ordered a tumble dryer heater element from AAA after being messed about by one of the larger dealers. They were out of stock, but after a week I chased them, and after 10 days managed to get my money back.
The guys at AAA checked with their supplier, got it next day, and posted it to me the day after. At each and every stage they called me and kept me updated.
I now have a working tumble dryer :)

After reading the negative comments against this business , i felt the need to write a positive review of my own . I have dealt with AAA for over 10 years both as a consumer and a trade customer. Andy the owner and the rest of the family go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and are a very reputable and trustworthy business. If ever there was a problem they go above and beyond to resolve. I for one will certainly continue using this business going forward

Ordered incorrect part, Jordan refusing to take it back in unused condition and original packaging. Beware when buying anything from them as they ignore basic distance selling rules. Save your money and go somewhere they offer basic customer service. Terrible experience.

Ordered two replacement hinges for my bosch cooker and after the order was placed they emailed me the details of my order. Next day they emailed me again saying that the order is cancelled due to stock issue and the replacement hinges are not to be found and proceed with the refund. After another few days was checking my balance to see if the refund appears in my account and surprisingly didn't. I contact their care centre and the answer was that the refund was done from the first day.
Where the things getting even weird now after three weeks from the purchase my account doesn't show neither the payment which I did, never mind the refund. 🫣

Updated response: Thanks for your reply, it only took 4 months. I think I may have heard it all now…a new component only has to last for the first time it’s used…I guess that’s ok then! As stated previously our oven is regularly cleaned and it’s not even used every day, as we tend to use our air fryer…this is possibly how the seal managed to last two months, if was used every day it wouldn’t have lasted that long. We won’t be using you again for parts, luckily we have found other companies to be far more customer friendly, and not so insulting!

Ordering was easy, item delivered quickly and all fitted correctly. However, that is where the good turns to bad. After two months of being installed the oven door seal started to perished and now snapped. The oven is not used every day and this is supposed to be a genuine part for our appliance. I sent an email and photo through to AAA Appliance Care only to be told that I would need to take this up with the manufacturer and not them. However, my contract is with you AAA Appliance as I purchased from you, you should be providing a replacement and sorting with the manufacturer. However, you have offered: no refund, no replacement, just really dreadful customer service and refusal to do anything. Please be aware if you purchase a spare part from this company, apparently they operate a no warranty no come back policy, genuine part or not! Oh and yes supposedly an oven door seal cannot with stand any oil or grease on it either…my oven is certainly cleaned regularly, but I have never had to wipe the door seal after each use before…what an insult and a joke!

Really impressed with the service from this company. I ordered a part from their website. I have just had a phone call from them to check the part was correct for the machine they wanted to know the serial number for compatibility. Really didn't expect that from an internet order.

On Tuesday morning, after one firm from a neighbouring town saying they didn't normally come to Bishop Auckland, and another saying they didn't do Miele appliances, I phoned AAA about our Miele washing machine's motor not turning the drum. They were able to send an engineer the same day, and order brushes from France as their UK source did not have them. Amazingly they were received and fitted by the end of Thursday afternoon, at a reasonable price. Excellent service, could not be faulted!
