I had a generally positive experience…

I had a generally positive experience with A7europe. Their response to my inquiry was super fast and they provided a solution quickly. I was a bit confused that they didn't send the knee sleeves back in a different size, although they gave me a code to reorder without any additional cost, besides the delivery fee. The handwritten note included with my order was a nice touch, showing authenticity and passion. The products themselves are excellent, although the shipping and returns process could definitely improve to match the efficiency of other companies; delivery can take up to two weeks. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service and would recommend it to others.

Great customer service

I had to return a singlet due to size and the replacement was lost by the shipper. A7 however responded immediately and came back to me quickly with a solution. I’m very happy to have such personalized support.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. I appreciated so much the customer service, the product I bought (Luno IPF singlet) is amazing. The shipping was very very fast (shipping to Italy), I hope to get other stuff from A7. Thanks a lot.
