Tile demo and install
Started on 12/1. They estimated 6 days. It is now 12/28 and they are not done. Their "estimate" was $1,400 short. Somehow 3 tiles were broken the day after installation. They said the transitions would be installed last Monday, they did not show up. The cracked tiles were supposed to be fixed last Friday, another no show. I contacted them and they do not respond. Do not entertain a bid without dust free equipment. The house was covered in dust after demolition of the old tile. I ordered premium tile and it looks good.

I ordered laminate flooring in June, came in all damaged, it took forever to return it but I have not yet received any refund. Poor service, poor quality, they are a goast company working with BQ nowhere to be found.
