Easy to order. Very quick delivery with Royal Mail. iPad arrived adequately packaged and everything was as expected, even an adapter for the American plug! Definitely will use again.

Excellent Company
They were easy to contact be phone and very helpful and efficient when I spoke to them. I accidentally ordered the wrong phone and they cancelled my order and refunded my money immediately, so that I could order the right one. The phone was delivered very quickly.

Well done A1. Let common sense prevail.
After reading many reviews of A1, I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy A26 from A1 in February '26. My experience was utterly hassle free and the phone was delivered promptly. Having no issues whatsoever, I ordered another 2 for my family with the same result. The main complaint concerning A1 in the reviews I've read is that there is usually no manufacturers UK warranty support for products they sell. This is because they source from wherever the products are lowest priced and deliver this saving to their customers. However, A1 warrant their products for 1 year themselves. Samsung UK warranty for the A26 at time of purchase was 2 years. The cost saving from A1 was £90 per phone (£270 in all). Would you pay £90 for 1 extra year's warranty? I think not. Common sense! Well done A1 for finding this niche in the market to the benefit of themselves and their customers. Quality products, low prices and excellent service. Enough said.
