Tried to book a van from this outfit on…
Tried to book a van from this outfit on Saturday and found they close at 12:30. I phoned at 12:32 and they were gone. I left a message for them to phone back on Sunday (as they open for a few hours then) and this was ignored. Phone Sunday and asked for a phone back on Monday and they did but without appology and said it was not their fault as their phone system was faulty and they are not responsible for that and I should appologiese to them. Went with another company.

In response to your unfavourable review of which the points have already been explained in a telephone conversation between ourselves, I will again clarify for our prospective customers reading your review.
Close of business on a Saturday is at 12:00pm (not 12:30) All phones are then diverted to voicemail. Messages are then read at the opening of business on Monday at 7am and responded to accordingly.
The numerous messages that you continued to leave over the weekend demanding that we stop ignoring your messages and ring you back ‘because you are too busy to keep ringing up’ were futile because they would not be acknowledged out of business hours until reception was open.
Our opening hours are:
Mon-Fri 7am-6pm
Sat 7am-12:00pm
Sunday 9-10:30am for drop offs & collection only and/or by appointment for Vehicle Sales.
Obviously, we do have a website where you can book vehicles 24-7 (amongst other features!) which would have been an immediate response for you!
In 25 years of business I’m thankful to say you are in the small minority of customers that we have not managed to satisfy, which incidentally, does disappoint me as myself and my team strive to give 100% at all times.
Amazing Servicd
These guys are great, they really helped us out of a jam when my car broke down 2 days before travelling to Disneyland Paris. Positive attitude from the get go by Paul on the phone and thank you to Matt for sorting out the paper work for us to be about to take the car out the county. A certain company named after a famous star ship could learn a lot from these guys. Thank you so much again

Went in with a puncture. Was seen to straight away and given honest advice that the puncture could not be repaired.
