The internet is practically nonexistent. The speeds I get on the mobile network (4G+ and 5G) are literally the same as those from the mid-'80s—except back then, it was more stable! If I could give the... See more

I understand that inflation hit the world but to lie so obviously is so humiliating. They were the best until year ago but now they’re the worst. I’m leaving services of Tomato/A1 and bringing with me at least 5 people. If they want to continue to work like this, it won’t be good for them, everyone will leave
Spend all credit because no SMS data warning!
SMS notification when You run out of internet data plan is late, so You ended spending all of remaining pre-paid credit on expensive standard rate without even knowing. I ended spending all credit this way two times!
Using additional application to limit internet data is a must.
They deserve nothing but bad Review
They deserve nothing but bad Review, they tricked my mother in to buying pice of s**t internet, whit pice of s**t router on 2 years pre paid. I got Internet like im living on south pol in 1990's. M**********s
Absolute disgraceful service
Absolute disgraceful service. We phoned customer service and asked to speak with a supervisor only to be told by the agent she may UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES transfer my call to a manager. We have 5 decoders, two sets of internet/ wifi units and a number of phones on our contract. Since 5 days 4 decoders are without access desite all is paid up. I really have to warn all persons to avoid this company.
Scam
You buy 4g thats not actually 4g. Once uyou connect it they give you e,h+max. You must call them to give you 4g you buyed at first place...
Then you buy unlimited option. And its only 20gb.. they said after 20gb connection gets slower. Vut they didnt tell me that slower connection means i cant open banana.jpg on google.
Couldn't activate tariff
Couldn't activate tariff, sent WEEKLY to 13220 as suggested, money was withdrawn from account without any other effect. Scam.
A1? Not a smart choice.
If you wish poorly trained staff to insult your intellect, , who do not give a s h i t about doing any service for you then this bunch of liers is just for you.
Catasrophic support on mail and phone
A minimum effort ISP
A textbook example of 'bare minimum' effort ISP operating in a poorly regulated, virtual oligopoly market. Sure, A1’s spin doctors boast about quality of service, extended coverage. top speed ecc. In reality, A1 Hrvatska is a bureaucracy-driven outlet that cares far more about the bottom line than customer satisfaction. Always read carefully fine print and double check monthly bills, I found them faulty of overcharging (they admitted it, offered credit). Prepare for days without internet connection should their network go awry, support times are nothing short of biblical. IMHO, a premium pricing, subpar service.
Katastrofa
The contract was made orally about a tariff. They said I would not have to pay the roaming fees, unfortunately, I have to. I called them multiple times to explain the problem, but people just played dumb. A few times someone called me and asked how I was happy with the services, I said I wasn't and they replied that its their error and it wont happen again. To this day I still pay the roaming fees even though it is not in my contract and I cant get a recorded conversation of that from them. Avoid this company, If you aver run into problems, people are just too dumb to help you... Or strategically chosen that way...
Owful internet and data connection…
Owful internet and data connection provider.
A1 is not respecting the signed…
A1 is not respecting the signed contract and not respecting customers. They change monthly fee as they like, and customer is forced to pay more, or has to break a contract without A1 paying penalties for that. But if customer wants to break contract, penalties have to be paid. Unfortunately in corrupted country that can go.
