edit: after numerous attempts to collect money from me for a power bank that I never received (which I immediately, each time, wrote them to say I haven't received the power bank, they have now sent me to the debt collectors. Unbelievable! So now I'm having to fight this. Please avoid at all costs! I'm completely suspicious of any good reviews, really!

Read all of these reviews where the person didn’t receive the product. Happened to me exactly this way!

Ordered a charger from this company, they acknowledged my purchase, not delivered yet plenty of communication but no solution.
Not happy with thus company.

They took my money via shopify on August 26th but haven’t sent anything. Any customer service emails I get in response to my multiple emails are computer generated, some in German and some in English with promises of sorting out my order and they’ll get back to me-they don’t. Now I’ve asked for a refund and heard nothing. SCAMMERS- DO NOT BUY

I ordered a magnetic charging bank and after 2 weeks had not received
I sent several emails which were responded to but only with we will look into it and then no further response until I chased
I ended up doing a chargeback through my bank to get my money back
I wouldn’t bother with this company as you can buy similar products, cheaper off much more reliable sources

Misleading Company with Terrible Service — Avoid ADAR UK

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from ADAR UK (operating from Germany). My first order — a simple iPhone charging battery — took over four weeks to arrive. Despite that, I foolishly gave them a second chance and placed another order for an iPhone case on 9th September.

Since then, I’ve received nothing — no product, no tracking, and no refund. I got just an order confirmation. When I contacted support, I heard from someone named Lea Döring, who said she would “look into it.” That was weeks ago. There has been no real follow-up or resolution.

Worse still, others have shared the same pattern. ADAR has a Trustpilot rating of around 1.5 out of 5, with numerous reports of non-delivery, misleading delivery promises, and unresponsive customer support. 

This feels less like incompetence and more like a pattern of neglect or deceptive practice. If a company can’t even deliver what you paid for — or respond when things go wrong — it shouldn’t be trusted.

I strongly urge anyone considering ordering from ADAR / ADAR UK to think twice. There are far more reliable sellers out there — don’t let this one waste your money or your time.

I luckily bought through AMEX who have completed chargeback and flagged the sellers as fraudulent so hopefully will prevent others from making same mistake I did

Now 30 days since ordering, nothing received & no response to communications to customer support. Would be zero stars if I could. Steer well clear of this lot, now off to my credit card company to reclaim my money.

Had same experience as others have posted. Had response from support promising to look into lack of delivery but no follow through. Would not buy from this firm.

It did eventually arrive 2 months later but it doesnt work as well as it claims

Was a little worried buying off Facebook advert but it’s a Great product, delivery good very happy with my purchase

If i could give 0 stars I would! I ordered the offer on power banks, they say express shipping to UK, I ordered on 6th September, have followed up 3 times, no response and no items, Have gone via my credit card company for a refund. terrible service.

The also tried to remove this review by saying its a fake one! order number #3882 placed on 6th.

Shipping tracking has still not updated, despite promises they would check and get back to me they never do.

Scam.
Ordered stuff 7th September, been 3 weeks, nothing been delivered, no replies from the several emails l sent.

Have been following up my order for days now. Their advert says will deliver 3-5 working days after ordering. It’s been more than 3 weeks now. I’m worried that my money will not be fully refunded as they have a 14 days refund policy. Their support is not supportive at all as no response on follow up emails. Only once to acknowledge my first follow up has been received but after that radio silence.

Don’t buy they steal your money and send you nothing they don’t get back to you they pretend there a system problem

Ordered2 power banks on 25th August and not received any information, tracking and have contacted customer services 4 times with no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

It seems to be a drop Shipping company. It promises two Powerbanks and Cable but I got only one Powerbank after 30 days ( initial promise was 1-3 days). After 20 days still they don’t send the Information that I send it back.

Similar to others. Ordered on 29th August. No tracking, no response to emails or message on site. Stupidly didn’t buy through barclaycard. DONT BUY

Lots of promises very little actual charging. My Nordcharge Pro took my iPhone 16 Pro from 11% to 76% before running out of steam. The worse “free” chunkier power bank dragged me from 20% to 77%, just 57% extra charge

For £69.95 I didn’t even get one full recharge. Forget the “freebie” gimmick — what’s needed is one solid product that delivers on its promise. The Nordcharge Pro is basically a light show that gives up halfway through charging your phone.
