Also, your reported an issue and it has been resolved within several minutes and there was no other complaints ever before or after that. If there was any issue, you should and have to contact our team so that they can assist you with it.

Sir, As we have investigated, we found out you have reported issue regarding websites which doesn't comes under our services and claimed for a refund on that basis. We can only assist you with the issue with the RDP and can treat claims on the basis of our services. And as per the last response from the team after checking the RDP, There was no issue found with the RDP/VPS.

My account was suspended for 48 hours and it's because i abuse thier service by trying to login in 6 times in 6 hours. DAoes that make sense? Not only that, the second server i ordered is very very very very slow and a snail is faster than the server.

Sir, As we have investigated, we found that an abusive behavior originating from the service assigned to you has been detected by our team, which violates our AUP and is an unfair usage of the service, and due to that, only your service has been suspended. There was no other issue with the service.
They are scamming people
They are scamming people, using outdated and pirated software on their servers, this puts a risk on our data and privacy. On top of that, they ask for ID Proof, I'm not going to give my ID proof to someone who does unethical practices to save a few $, they can misuse ID proof too.
This screams their way of doing business via pirated windows and software, just to save 20$ monthly. I have reported the same to WHMCS and Microsoft with their business name and website.
If required I can show evidence to support my claim.

Powerful RDP with High configure RAM and Thread for Social Media BOT
I have 3 Bot to work on my social media platform Activities. Last 5 years was face lots of problems with my own Private PC which one unable to give me exact threads and High RAM Supplying.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, I tried it for streaming on youtube, and is horrible the RDP kept restarting every 2/3 hours, and in meantime, the obs crashed multiple times due to poor performance. The support is responsive but they never actually fix the issues they sent me multiple emails "If it happens again we will replace your RDP" but never did. By the way, they have a lot of websites like amazingrdp etc.. so be aware.

"Dont lie, i contacted you multiple times and you never came up with a solution, idk maybe you are delusional or what but i told you 100 times that its restarting and crashing and you kept saying our services dont restart. Also delusional regarding not having other websites where i kept talking to many websites with the same live agent, when i asked is it you, you said yes i have many websites. You even said your sister operates some or something. No worries you dont need to fix anything, i have already wasted a lot of time with you, found a way way way better service."
