Staff at the Noarlunga store were super helpful, they didn’t have the part we needed in stock (hand brake for an electric bike), but searched online for us to find the correct replacement part.

Friendly helpful staff, the only downside being the great prices for bikes you don't have or can't get in

Cube 22 Reaction Hybrid

Got talked into trying a Cube reaction Hybrid ebike last year. I bought it and then its been in the shed. I have had it out lately and its an awesome bike. Plenty of grunt when I need it by changing the mode or just sitting it in eco or tour for normal use. I havent use it much as I havent wanted to get to work sweaty. I couldnt have been so wrong. Using it this week to get to work I have more than enjoyed the ride but Ive had the energy to turn around and ride home at the end of the day. I am doing things that I havent done in years because of bad knees. Turbo mode takes all the strain off the knees or dropping to sport is equally good and gives a bit more control. Why I put it in the shed is frustrating as I didnt give it a chance. It does take a bit of getting used to remembering to gear down more than I used to. The range is brilliant with about 100km on eco. The only criticism because I havent ridden for so long is the seat it a bit solid and the hand grips a bit hard. but Im talking 32km of riding a day having not ridden for years.
Thank you so much to the team for spending time finding out that range was important. They listened well to what I wanted and it was down to 3 bikes. The Cube fits me really well in terms of leg and upper body comfort. Just a really comfortable bike for body position for me. The freedom it has given me is great and today I actually went for the bike rather than the car and thats after riding in 36 degree heat yesterday and 38 expected today. It assist gives me the confidence now that I will get to where I want to be without taking the stuffing out of me.

99 Bikes Noarlunga
I was recently in Adelaide for the Tour Down Under. On Sat 21.01 I was out at Wilunga / McLarenvale when my road bike developed a serious 'clicking' from the bottom bracket.
A call to the (Port?) Noarlunga store had me hooked up with Simon, one of the mechanics. I rolled into the store at 4.00 pm and Simon was straight onto it.
20 mins later we had a fix and I was a happy rider again.
Simon's knowledge, service and understanding of my need to rectify the issue there and then was really appreciated and made me very confident in his work.

Also a call out to Richard from 99 Bikes Marion. He was able to ride with me earlier in the day and assist in an 'on the spot' diagnosis.

Overall, a great experience - which can be a rare thing these days.

Thanks Simon & Richard :-)

Great service

I was rear ended by another cyclist breaking my derailleur hanger. Went straight down to the boys at 99 Bikes Noarlunga where I always get the best service and advise. The boys replaced my hanger and went over the bike for any other damage and adjusted the gears. Won't take my 3 bikes anywhere else.

Ordered my new bike carrier online for click and collect. Was ready in a matter of hours and received a text message to say so.
When I went to collect my package was labelled up with my name and waiting for me.
Great service, great product and as a Gold member a great price too. Well worth the membership.

Best service ever the Noarlunga branch

Best service ever the Noarlunga branch, Simon was so helpful on multiple visits. Highly recommended for price and assistance with technical questions.
We had an E-Bike battery fail out of warranty and rather than get the brush off, Simon took the trouble to contact the manufacturer and seek redress. Such a rare thing nowadays that it’s worth a special mention.
