Brilliant service and amazing attention to detail
Absolutely amazing, have had my mtb worked on at the Ipswich location, all of the employees are very kind and helpful when it comes to certain details about the product, both times I had my bike worked on there I dropped in with me mates and had a ball without any mechanical issues, 110% satisfied, will be returning for a fork rebuild or a new fork

The older guy who eventually greeted me and asked if I could be helped after browsing for a while had no positive energy and seemingly no desire to make good customer experiences.
The guy whom did the final checks and paperwork for me was absolutely outstanding and redeemed the situation where in which I would have never returned, but now I will know to simply ask for him directly.
Deserves a pay rise 👍
