I ordered some parts in the morning and they were ready and waiting for me to collect them after lunch.
Appalling customer service. Very disappointed...
My wife and daughter went into the store to purchase new tubes and tyres for my daughter's bike on 11 January.
When installing them, I noticed that one of the two tyres had much more wear than the other. (Being brand new tyres, there should be zero wear!)
Upon going into the store today to swap the worn one out, the attendant insisted that the tyre was new! He proceeded to scoff loudly and dismiss my issue, even going to far as to say that if he was installing it on his daughter's bike, he would just do so because he would know that its just cosmetic, inferring multiple times that I was being petty.
A quick look at the pictures I've taken will enable any reasonable person to come to the conclusion that the one tyre does not look like the other. The high, square ridges on the new tyre are all rounded and worn on the other one. Non of the general characteristics of a new tyre are present. An abysmal attempt at pulling the wool over a customer's eyes.
He eventually agreed to give me a credit and, since they had no new stock, has committed to calling me when (genuinely) new stock arrives. (Although, this credit remains outstanding some 8 hours later!) To add insult to our collective community injury, he stated that he would be placing the returned tyre BACK ON THE SHELF FOR SALE! This is absolutely unethical and, in my opinion, should not be condoned.
We are very disappointed with the terrible service and, post getting the swap-out, cannot see ourselves returning to that store (with whom I have previously spent hundreds of dollars).

I ordered online and in 2hrs my bike is ready for pick up. It was fast and stress free.
The staff at the Indro store are always super helpful and know their stuff. Special thanks to Matt who did a great job servicing my son’s bike - it looks and is now running like brand new! Highly recommend.

Every time I require to buy new accessories for my bike I know 99 bikes is going to be the first place I go. They have great customer service, cheap prices for products and this helps it to make the bike shop and overall good place to buy bikes and gear from. I would definitely recommend to anyone to buy from 99 bikes.

I have attempted to contact the store where I booked a bike service a number of times. I get bounce-back emails saying you have received my enquiry and will respond but never an actual response. So my bike remains unserviced but you are now sending me surveys to rate my service. Pretty frustrating and pointless.

I bought a Thule bike carrier. The seller said it would fit my car, and we actually went outside to check it. When I got home I started assembling it, and found that some parts that were supposed to be folded after a first use they were already folded, after what I suspiciously reviewed other plastic bags and some were already opened, so it seemed to me this was a returned product. I don't mind if it is, but it would be great to know beforehand. Finally after 30 min of puttong all the pieces together I tried to put the bike carrier in my car and it did not fit! I had to come back to the store and return the product.
