Great quality, price, shipping communication + speed -- wanted to offset other unreliable reviews as there are great products

3rd time buying from 99based! Their items are of very high quality and never disappoint. They never take too long to ship…. a week max. Arrives in good time. Theyre a very serious brand and i’ll be looking to buy more!

I placed an order 15 days ago. I immediately received an email with a link so I could track the package. The package was never shipped. I emailed them then, but I never got a response.

i ordered a tracksuit form their latest drop and after waiting 10 days i did not receive the package, i got a letter saying i need to pay a £70 customs fee. this was not included anywhere in the terms and services on the website or the receipt. when i email and message 99based to get support they do not reply to anything, i have tried instagram, gmail and even tik tok and they just leave you in the dark.

Ordered my clothes and received my comfirmation E-mail To track my Parcel where everything is in order it even shows the correct adress on the map. A day later i received an e-mail saying that there is an issue with my address. i have since replied to this mail 3 times with no response. Paid over €300. My tracking info hasn’t changed since recieving the comfirmation e-mail. It’s starting to look like i won’t recieve my parcel.

Don’t order from here! Spend £350 on two tracksuits. One my teenage son has not received yet and the other one I spend £18 sending back tracked delivery in November. It’s the 1st of Feb tomorrow and had nothing back! Terrible how they rip off teenage kids!!!

Package arrived after 10 days from making order - little later than it should’ve come, so I contacted them after like 8 days via email and they responded after two days that order is already shipped. Came from Germany. Ordered jersey and I am happy with it - great quality, you know it’s not some cheap temu thing. Definitely recommend, you need to be patient, in the end it’s worth it.

Ordered a pair of jeans, and within a week and a half they arrived from Germany. Great fitting, really good quality jeans, would highly recommend 💥

My son bought some jeans and they were too big. Returned them in August. They’ve just arrived back with me today from Germany. They didn’t collect from post office in Germany so I have no refund and no way to contact them.

Ordered to England after seeing some really nice clothes online the shipping never came which to be honest isn’t their fault particularly but the customer service is awful at best. After going back and forth a few times they’ve got completely ghost on me and haven’t heard anything and after asking for a refund they denied it and said it wasn’t their responsibility.
