The worst customer service

The worst customer service. I sent them e-mail 2 weeks ago, constantly keep sending reminders to their whatsapp but still no answer. And I need invoice about my purchases, not only e-mail confirmation that I bought ticket.

Recently I was buying a ticket for my 70 y.o parents to come and visit me in the Netherlands. They can't use phone as well as the younger generation and the app of 9292 doesn't allow you to screenshot the ticket nor have it downloaded to be printed. When contacting the customer service via email and Facebook, they seem to be very robotic, unapologetic and even after asking so many details the response was very unempathetic and said basically sorry not my problem. They can't buy ticket on the machine because they can't speak English or Dutch or have a credit card.

It's about service attitude. It's not like we can't afford a ticket. You are a booking site for transportation many people from different countries but also generation uses your service, it's disappointing that you are not inclusive and your CS are not trained to be humans.

I'm from Indonesia, many Dutch people go to Bali or other places in my country, if you are stuck, people will help you even if you travel within Europe or other Asian or African countries people will help you. Why don't you help visitors in your country? Don't be so inflexible.

Do not buy tickets from 9292

Do not buy tickets from 9292; if something happens with your mean of transportation (in my case metro was not working due to technical problems) they will not refund this ticket! My tickets (x3) have just expired in one hour without being used.

9292, I would advise you not to sell tickets if you are not going to refund it in case of undelivered services

Bus 405- Achste Barrier

Planning for Bus 405- Achste Barrier should be changed to every 15 minutes
A couple of us using the Bus 405 have been struggling with the schedule in the mornings and late afternoon. Before we had a Bus every 15 minutes (which is the same for most neighborhoods having only a bus), but it's now one bus every 30 minutes which is so unfair to us considering only this bus goes to Achste Barrier. Most mornings when my 6:48 Bus is cancelled or missed I end I end up late for work. When I also step out of the train at the station I have to wait at least 30 minutes (and more if the bus is cancelled) for a bus to get home and continue working. I end up spending more time in my city waiting for the bus than travelling from Oss to Eindhoven.
I plead with the Managers or Planners to please revisit the bus schedule for 405 at least for mornings till evenings.

Avoid at all costs!

Purchased a ticket from Den Haag to Rotterdam via the app on 27th August and the ticket would not download. Absolutely no way to get any help, so had to buy duplicate tickets at the station. In spite of following all the instructions, sending numerous emails and photos of duplicate tickets, they have still not refunded me. very poor customer service, do not use them!

Such a garbage app/service

Such a garbage app/service. Pathfinder algorithms are a total joke. Tells you to take a 7 minute walk around the station whenever you search a trip from Tilburg Centraal. I've lost hours of my life trusting this worthless app.
