8seasons has fantastic customer service. They email me when items are out of stock to let me know my package may arrive later than expected. Things arrive safely most of the time, and if they don't, they will add a credit to my account to make up for the item breaking via transit. I buy charms and beads from the website for much more affordable prices than anywhere else on the internet.

I am always very satisfied with the products and service that I receive from this company. I highly recommend them.

I have ordered from this company several times and each time the experience has been brilliant!. the customer service and communications are EXCELLENT. I love the choices they have and the prices. I wish they would expand into more categories than the jewelry as Id love to do more business with them. I have always found their descriptions of the items honest and the range of options and prices are very wide and will suit many different budgets. I always read all the description and if not sure try out a small number of units before ordering a larger quantity and because their delivery is very good you can soon pop a larger order in if the items is what you wanted and not wait too long for delivery. I also like that you can choose to wait until all items are in stock or that you can choose to have any out of stock delivered later.. its a very good way to do business and really makes you feel they put the customer first. I really like doing business with 8Seasons... the ladies are lovely to deal with and are quick to answer any queries.

I have had gold and diamond jewelry made from 8Seasons originals. Killer designs.

Easy order, great

I did my first order, and one item was not in stock. I got a mail that said I can choose to have that item shipped with my next order or they can ship it on its own, but it will be via post, not FedEx. Which meant delivery would be very long to my country. I opted to wait until my next order. One month later, I want to place my next order and follow up on the item that they are still waiting for. Only to be informed that they do not sell that item anymore and that they can give me credit.

After a month has passed with no communication on the fact that the item will not be available with my next order, VERY BAD Communication and not honoring their promise to send the item with my next order.

Items described as gemstone, were simply some type of bead dyed on outside-hole white as well as inside? Same with glass beads. Other items very POOR quality, do not order you will be disappointed. Some items also missing. Makes the country of CHINA look very bad
