Extremely rude people an no customer service
No customer service, very disappointing. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude people and also never answer your emails. My account has been rejected and the main reason is not tariff, however the company is operating legally, it was provided all documents as requested including a reseller certificate. Moreover, I sent five emails using different mailboxes without success to receive an adequate response and it was requested to close my account and an 888lot's employee replied the email mentioned that I never have account with them. It was necessary to take a screenshot and sent to him to demonstrate my 888lot's account.

GREAT COMPANY! Quality products and great prices. Rich Citrin is the best at helping me find great products and deals to help me grow my business. Damaged and bad products policy is horrible, many of their products are left over from Amazon Warehouse and they don't sell smoothly , electronic products are defective and return policy is horrible. They blocked my account access when I tried to dispute the charges

Terrible to work with
Terrible to work with. I had several orders where items were broken, damaged or misrepresented. In the beginning I tried to reach out to my sales rep but received absolutely no help. I still made a small profit so I went with it. In November I purchased a coat for myself. Tracking showed it was sent but then it was lost in shipping. I called 888 lots twice and emailed twice. No response. So I opened a claim on my credit card. Because I opened a claim 888 lots closed my account. (They clearly have enough disputes opened that it is a major issue for them). I simply wanted my money back for an item I did not receive. I am fine with no longer purchasing from the company but shutting off access to my accounts and reports needed for tax purposes is simply unethical. There is always a risk purchased returns but I expect customer service and integrity in the process. I hope this helps someone else! I would not make any large purchases and assume there is no customer service. Order # 2410198099
