All long shot draws hit. You can be 92% vs 4 % and 4% hits almost every time. Its ridiculous. Prefect for donkey all-in players. Yes occasionally they should hit but not 8 out of 10 times.

Shocking customer service. I won Live package worth 2,5k euros and never got it. It just disappeared. I have been told there is an investigation going on for few months. Then few months later they just suspended my account and no customer support is ever even reply to me.

This company will steal your money. They will lock your account, demand “verification”, then after you’ve give them everything they’ve asked for, make lame excuses for why they’re not acceptable. Passport, ID, etc. Your passport doesn’t have an address on it (duh!), your ID with a street address is not in English (duh! I live in another country). They had no problem verifying me when I made a deposit. They just keep your money. It’s a scam.

I am experienced good player and haven't won for months playing almost every day.

I deposited $200 with a bonus code and was under the impression that for every $10 I lost or bet that a $10 bonus would kick in. After losing a little more than $18 a $10 bonus was listed in my account but I could not retrieve it. after chatting back and forth with costumer support I dis covered that I had to Bet and /or lose $999 before I could claim that $10 bonus. I told the costumer support person that the promotion was very deceiving, I didn't read the fine print. My bad! However the 888poker site left a bad impression on me so I decided to cash out and asked them to please remove my personal info. I cashed out on November 25th. On the 27th they sent me a password for an e-transfer from them to be deposited in my account. Today is the 30th and I have yet to receive my money. I emailed support but they do not respond. I live in Ontario, Canada so I will be contacting the gaming authority in an attempt to get reimbursed. DO NOT USE THIS GAMING SITE!!!

They use to be a good place to play poker. Now the only thing you get when spinning the bonus wheel is freeroll ticket. Dont expect to get rewarded for your loyalty of spending alot of money rewards are almost none existent. At one point I would have recommended this site to everyone however its gotten bad and if im honest there are much better poker sites that reward better and are much more kind to yhe loyal members.

I won on 888 Poker & asked for a withdrawal of funds on March 23 2024 and it is now April 13 and the withdrawal is still sitting in an “awaiting processing”. after many escalations to supervisor level, nothing has been done and the status of the withdrawal has not changed at all. 888 poker will readily take your money instantly when you deposit and take ages to withdraw your money. Compare this to PokerStars who will process your withdrawal immediately and the money hits your bank account immediately as well. With more players, better tournaments and a deposit and withdrawal process that is 2nd to none and way way way ahead of its competitors, why would anyone want to play on 888 poker??

Seen lots of losing hands winning.. impossible river cards. Seems they try draw you in to deposit more money. Not having a good gaming experience
