it's a SCAM this site I've got winnings to sort out Ive sent id and Bank statement twice then it was saying it takes 72 hours to verify I've gone to log in just now to see if and I can not login it's saying my account is temporary disabled your keeping hold of my winnings I've screen shot all off the conversations I've had on the online chat and I'm getting InTouch with the independent betting adjudication service about this as ur keeping people winning no one go on this site they do not help you online chat is useless something needs to be done about this website it needs shutting down

I have 2 pending withdrawals.
I have contacted the payments team, but they keep asking me to upload documents (which I have done) before they send via wire transfer.

It’s been about 5 days.

I have had to contact via live chat, because they don’t respond to emails and each time I get told something different, or given a link to upload the same document to, but the link has no where to upload documents.

I was told a screen shot would be fine via email. Then they decided it wasn’t ok, but didn’t tell me, I had asked live chat for an update as I had heard nothing
and was told there.

I keep getting told that I will get emails from the payments team, but I don’t.

And getting to talk to someone on live chat is a difficulty in itself, the chat bot does a good job of trying to not let you talk to a person.

I just want my money! The service really isn’t good enough.

The casino has absolutely the worst customer service. They have been holding my withdrawl for over a week in pending and they use to process them fast. Now nothing. Their live chat is horrible they just give generic answers and do not resolve anything
