Worst Bank out there

One of the worst banks you can bank with they let you open an account online and then once you put more than $1000 in your account they lock it and ask for the physical copy of the ID and make your life a nuisance. I would not recommend banking with this bank. It is the worst subsidiary of NAB.

You can't complain about the service because there isn't any!

So far we have been on the phone waiting in excess of three hours over a 2 day period waiting to get help after our account was blocked. UBank is affiliated with National Australia Bank so we spoke with them in the hope of getting our account fixed after it was blocked. The NAB said they couldn't help us. During this time, you are forced to listen to the most repetitive and annoying wait "music".

This is the most disgraceful and useless bank in Australia. Closed my account with no prior notice whatsoever! Cant login to the app, cant use the debit card and cant access MY money. These guys have a MASSIVE lawsuit coming their way and deserve to be shut down for the horrible experience they've given. I am not alone in this. Check all their latest reviews. What a JOKE!

1 hour on the customer service line and still no answer! 86 400 is gone trash after they begun migrating to Ubank

Great bank if you never want to be able to access your money

86400 BANK - Beware when you apply for a Home Loan

Beware if you are requesting an online decision. When you apply you get the decision in minutes which is good as long as it is approved but not if its rejected. Their rates appear good but their lending criteria is weird. If you get a decline they report this on your Credit Report Score which looks bad when you apply to other lenders. Despite an excellent Credit rating, 95K salary and a property valued at $825,000 they would only refinance up to 43% of the loan (fortunately called the banks call centre before applying). So my 70% refinance application (already approved by other banks) would have been rejected and a loan decline would recorded on my Credit Report. Unfortunate because i liked the banks approach, their rates and loan flexibility.
