Not 100% hemp - misleading advertising

The bag seems well made. However, as of today the website still states "100% hemp".
This is not the case. The inside is made from polyester.

Please be accurate in your descriptions. I had hoped to find a product that would eventually biodegrade. As it is, this just causes more plastic waste.

Fantastic customer experience from start to finish and the shoes are great!

I ordered some shoes and a pouch in november 2022. I was a bit worried because the articles aren't so cheap and you have to pre-pay but the shoes arrived immediately and fit perfectly. The pouch wasn't in the packet so I wrote back using a mail address i found on the site and THEY ANSWERED! I hadn't understood it was an article in pre-order and after they had some problems with shipping but today the pouch arrived. I'm pleasantly surprised by the seriousness of 8000kicks company people! Well done guys!

Disappointing experience with this company.

Not impressed with quality.

Returned due to sizing. Returns process as UK consumer was a disaster. Ended up £51 out of pocket (£16 shipping fee not refunded and £35 to return to California at my expense).

Slow to process refund. Representative admitted in email when I chased this up that they were prioritising shipping orders over processing my refund.

After the shoes, I decided to buy the backpack. I really like the idea of producing useful items, like a backpack, without forgetting the environment we live in. Using hemp has allowed 8000kicks to produce a backpack which looks good and feels good.
I am looking forward to a larger range of items with the same intelligent approach.

really nice idea ...sadly made in china,so like that very hard to belive this is a quality shoes especially in sense of sustainablity quality and origin of hemp fibers - and price 120 for made in china nothing against china great country, portagal has amazing shoe industry therefore cant understand why not produce here ---good luck

The shipping took longer than expected but that was entirely due to factors outside of 8000kicks’s control. Shipping aside, I am one thousand percent thrilled with the products I received! The backpack is amazing and spacious—it fits all that I carried in my briefcase and more, the laptop sleeve fits my MacBook Air like a glove, the accessories pouch is useful for carrying chargers and small items I don’t want jostling around my bag, and the slim wallet forces me to carry only what I need. Thank you so much for these amazing products!

I just started using my 8000 Kicks Hemp backpack and I love it. I love the inside pockets, the space, how light it is and the front strap that helps to keep it in place throughout my journey between my home and my work. I also love the hidden back pocket for safety and the color combination of navy blue with the light brown details…. All and all, having a great time with my backpack. Haven’t had the opportunity to test the water resistant feature yet.

I needed some waterproof shoes because i work in the cannabis industry so i tried them and they are perfect fit and lightweight too !

I got the bag yesterday and I LOVE IT!

It is much better looking and feeling than in pictures.
It is strong and the gold fabric inside with the blue grey color out side gives it a great look.
It fits week even though I’m not a tall person, I’m very happy with the work you put into it.

I ordered a Hemp Backpack; destination Belgium (EU). On the website, delivery was promised between 3-5 days. After ordering, I immediately received enthusiastic confirmation. After that, nothing happened anymore during 9 days. I tried several times to contact the company, initially without any result. But yesterday, I was contacted by the very friendly CEO; there was likely a misunderstanding about the promised delivery time. I was proposed several options, e.g. refund, exchange for available products, a gift card, etc. I decided to keep my order and wait until it becomes available. Based on this experience, I changed my 1 star rating into 4 stars. As soon as I receive my order and the promised gift card, I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars.
And Yes, I received the promised gift card with a very kind note of the CEO, and I received the backpack yesterday: it looks great! :-)
