Great customer service, a solid, SUSTAINABLE product, and a company making efforts to learn and improve.
My comment here is about my 2nd pair a 8000 Kicks shoes, the Seeker for Men (Navy). After a long day of walking (San Antonio Riverwalk!), I found the shoe rubbed on my ankles at certain points. I have since figured out why: the human ankle is asymmetrical in terms of the height from the ground to the bones that stick out on either side. The medial (inner) malleolus, which is the bump that sticks out on bottom end of the tibia bone, is just a bit higher than the lateral (outer) malleolus, which is the bump on the bottom end of the fibula bone. Since the Seeker shoe is designed with "dips" on each side of the collar to accommodate those bones, and both dips are cut AT THE SAME HEIGHT, one side rubs—that is the outside of the shoe, where the lower-reaching fibula malleolus rubs against it. If the "dip" on the outside edge of that collar were slightly LOWER than the other side (maybe 1/2 - 3/4"), this problem could be avoided. (Frankly, I don't know if ANY shoe designs include this asymmetry, nor do I know how much more expensive it would be to make a shoe this way; the Seeker shoes MAY have higher "dips" on both sides than other manufacturers' shoes, hence the contact on one side. It's the first time I've run into this rubbing problem on any shoes. 8000 Kicks could be the first to address this issue using asymmetrical design!) Otherwise, this is a very good shoe so far!

I have purchased 2 pairs from 8000kicks, the slide and the Chelsie boots. I love them! They are so well made. The boots were way more rugged than I expected. Very comfortable, I will be giving them a good test on my upcoming travels. The main reason I have bought from 8000 kicks is their sustainability! I love what they are doing and their sense of humour makes it even more enjoyable! I definitely would recommend their products! Keep it up, 8000kicks!

I ordered their hemp backpack because I've been searching for a long while for a sustainable multi-use bag. I had some trouble with my delivery, and my customer support, Patricia, was super lovely and reached out to the couriers for me. I managed to get my hands of my new bag just in time for my trip. I love it so much. It's way more spacious inside than I thought, it feels sturdy, and looks great! I'll be back to pick up some shoes in the future.

I ordered a pair of Sunslide slip-ons but unfortunately they were such a tight fit I couldn't wear them. Being in the UK, I felt miffed that the sizing meant that I would need to pay for the return and replacement. However, when I contacted customer service they undertook to just send me the next size up free of charge with no need to return the smaller size.
Unbelievably great customer service. As well as the slip-ons, I already have lace-up 8000 Kicks shoes, and aim to get their boots next.

I bought my second pair of Explorer V2 for Women Full Black. They came beautifully packaged again.
I purchased the first pair one year ago, I have worn them every day, they are very comfortable, and I have worn them on heavy rain and with cold weather and the shoes remained dry and warm. I am extremely happy with my shoes, that's the reason why I bought my second pair.
Surely in spring I will buy shoes in beige.

I bought the Seeker for Women, Dark Green. They came beautifully packaged. Since I purchased these sneakers I have worn them almost every day, they are very comfortable, and I have worn them on heavy rain and the shoes remained dry. I am extremely happy with my shoes.

I had an excellent experience with 8000kicks. I ordered a pair of Sunslide Hemp Slip-on but unfortunately they were not the correct size. As customer support got in touch to see if I was satisfied with the order, I let them notice that the size was not fit for me. They suggested returning the shoes and provided a new pair with the correct size, free of charge. I have now received the shoes and I'm really happy with them, they're comfortable and good looking, and most importantly, I felt heard and supported by the customer service in the best way possible. I would highly recommend 8000kicks to anyone!

Recently bought a couple sneakers and ordered the wrong size by mistake. Contacted customer support and they sent new shoes right away.

Both myself and my wife love them, they're comfortable, light and look really nice.

Alright, so I've had those shoes for a little over a year (1yr and 3 months) and they turned out to be just as bad as any other brand when it comes to durability. Just more expensive.
They tore just around 9 months after I bought them and the customer service claimed the durability of the hemp textile is not the subject of warranty, which in the EU is up to 2 yrs.
Overall the shoes were comfy, light and I was very happy with them, but they lasted very little, especially being advertised as "durable" and being this pricey.

Had an older model of the shoe where the attachment of the sole to the shoe worn out in about 3 months.

Sent them a message. They were replying very fast and came up with a solution. I get a new pair wich is also a newer model. Let's see how those keep up!

I’ve just seen a reply from 8000kicks regarding a pair of shoes I had fall apart and got a free replacement, and although i understand their point about wanting to cut out plastic, because they came apart, I discovered why they are waterproof… they have a layer of plastic between the inner section of material and the external one. To be honest 8000kicks, I was a little disappointed when I discovered this as I bought them so I could support a shoes brand that is completely plastic free. I’d rather you find a way of making the hemp fibres themselves waterproof or do away with the plastic layer entirely

I am so happy with my Kicks slip on shoes. They are comfortable, packable and great looking. So glad to see hemp used as it is a perfect material for shoes & clothing. Am waiting anxiously for my boots to arrive.

I buy a lot of shoes. The fit, sizing is spot on. I like the green color. Generally very comfortable, probably not for excessive days on my feet walking a lot. Great casual shoe. As a slide, they are ok. The inside fold tends to fold above the preset fold hinge when your heel is planted. This is a little uncomfortable or rather just annoying. They seem really well made and I’m glad I got them. Shoe prices can be tricky and I usually don’t spend as much on an occasional shoe. I’ve been tempted to try your other shoes for a long time.

Really enjoying my SunSlides. I have used them, but not too intensely because I want them to stay good as long as possible. But they hold out real good nonetheless! They look and feel really well made.
