Absolutely brutal
I recently got the “CleanOral” tooth cleaner. What an absolute joke of a thing. It says it removes stains and videos they used show it as a water flosser...it’s a piece of rubbish metal on a stick! I want my money back but they are making me pay returns fees and sure that’s a third of the price!
***Edit...they wrote this reply but their customer service team already just stopped emailing me when I told them I want my money back and I don’t want to pay shipping fees to send this rubbish back. The item literally wasn’t even what they advertised on the site. Total scam!

Insufficient adress no matter what.
The people i spoke to about my issue were nice people but the tracking and shipping services just dont ship the package. My package was returned to the sender 2 times and its due to inefficient adress my adress was found on google before it was even sent so they could confirm the exact spot the headphones would end up and its still not there almost 2 months now. Also I paid a 9 dollar reshipment fee after they couldnt find the adress that they found on google maps. I just hope i dont have to pay again over a typo not even done by me.

I bought 5 pairs of the space buds.. I love them, they are great.. I wear them all day at work, and they charge really fast.. the only two things that bothered me was that it takes weeeekkks to receive them in the mail, and the charging case isn't slick n doesn't pop up when you push on it.. that was misleading, but I got 2 pairs.. liked them, and ordered 2 more, and accidentally bought the other pair at the same time I was buying the 3rd and 4th pair..

I ordered an item on 19th March 21 and it’s not with 14th April and no delivery. When I contacted the company for help they told me my item was delivered and that they couldn’t help me I had to chase the courier. Do not waste your money this is not a reputable company with policies like that.

Never received my order. But they sure took my money!
Placed my order. They took my money. I received a tracking notification that it was on its way on March 3rd. Then I never received another tracking update. I searched. I emailed them. I only ever received emails saying deliveries can be delayed due to COVID. I understand and get that. But they never updated my tracking. I continuously tried to get an update on the tracking. After more than a month, I gave up and requested a refund. And now even that is delayed. Still haven’t received my refund. I would give zero stars if that was possible.
I will never shop here again

Avoid using this site. Very bad customer service experience
There 60 days return guarantee is limited to 30 days because it take 2-4 days to dispatch then 20 plus days to arrive. By the time you recieve the item the first 30 days are up. Remaining are 30 days
Also it's very expensive to return the items. Same products are available on local online shopping sites. Just type the product name in your search engine and opt for local and most likely will be cheaper and easier to return as well as quicker delivery. If you decide to return the item bear in mind that it has to be sent within the 60 days of placing the order not on receiving the order. Any second after the 60 days, they will not refund and keep the item to.
Krizza has been very unhelpful and making false claims in emails to me. Scamming website and recommend not to order unless your willing to be ripped off or scammed.
Also i have emailed you but you haven't resolved or responded back to me.

I ordered the cellulite cream for over £20 plus delivery claiming that it will reduce/illuminate cellulite.
They give you a fake tracking number and has a fake address.
Once received many weeks after the initial order it was the tiniest bottle which could barely cover one application of a small area.
It did nothing at all so am certain the contents is nothing more than what you could purchase as hand cream or the like.
TOTAL SCAM/RIP OFF!!

Only good thing was fast delivery
I am extremely unhappy with the product I have received, I ordered the Cellulite Cream, the item is advertised as a cream for the body, stating it is to be used on the buttocks, abdomen, thighs etc. however the amount of cream I have received is barely enough to cover an area such as the face!! however this is barely legible on the advert and is not clearly stated, had I known this I would not have purchased it. The description on the back of the bottle outlines that the product should be massaged for 10-15 minutes, but there is inadequate supply within the bottle to do this. Also their video advertising the product shows a female model holding a bottle considerably larger than 10ml. i am not happy as the items is not as expected or as described, I feel like I have been miss sold the item and conned out of my $19.99! Bearing in mind this was meant to be sold at a 50% discount offer too, this is clearly a rip off. dont be fooled by this company!!
