2 orders both bad experiences…
Well the first time I ordered it took two and a half hours it set in the order received Forever Until I reached out to 7-Eleven to complain and then all of a sudden the order went to being processed and everything else but yet two and a half hours and I live 10 minutes from the store so then I give him another chance and I ordered yet again today it tells me that the driver is approaching so I opened my door the driver drives right past me I look at him he goes around the building and then proceeds to pull out and then marks it delivered that he handed it to me when I received nothing and I had cigarettes in the order so you have to scan my ID when I pick it up so there was no scan in my ID so and for one it said the order the driver was Donna Jay and it was a man so I guess somebody was using her app or whatever to deliver but normally when they are going to give you a refund it stays in pending status but instead it went from pending to complete and they said it could take 5 to 10 business days so if that's all that somebody had until payday or something and then I have to wait 5 to 10 days before you want to refund it and then you can't leave feedback about the driver I personally won't be ordering from them again I think the 7-Eleven should just stick to being a store and not be trying to keep up with doordash and GrubHub and instacart I really thought it was going to be a great thing because you can order cigarettes on there and my car being down right now it's really coming come in handy but instead I've had nothing but problems both times and the customer service is not really up to par with the way that I feel 7-Eleven customer service should be

It's like the 7-11 people took basic technology standards and downgraded them to the level of an 80s Intellivision unit. The website's so buggy that I came here to share feedback after all my messages to 7Now resulted in error messages. If you need live help, look elsewhere bc 7Now doesn't think you deserve to communicate with them. Instead, you're encourced to call stores directly - as of there's ever been a 7-11 store in the US that's going to actually pick up the phone when you call. Want to avoid all this headache? Plot twist - you can't. Tere's no reliable way to know whether your items are actually in stock when you order, nor is there a way to tell whether a driver's going to be around to pick your order. All you can do is wait for someone to randomly cancel your order and be grateful if it doesn't happen

Can't finish set up on new device.
I got a new device and when it has me select my address it now says nothing can be delivered to me where as before it was saying it could. Not only that but I can't even select the 7-Eleven. The app does nothing. I've force stopped it and cleared the data and cache but it still will not let me get passed the select a store for pick up part.
