Great day collecting my fantastic Range Rover Sport from Sam at 7 days performance, from the shock of getting the call telling me I’d won to collecting the car today was arranged quickly and professionally, handover of the car was a great experience and the drive home was fabulous. Absolutely brilliant experience with 7 Days Performance. I was lucky enough to win a 2023 Golf R and collected it today. They managed to fit me in at very short notice, which I really appreciated. From start to finish everyone was friendly, welcoming, and really helpful. They made the whole collection process smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the car. Are we just unlucky
I love this site and my partner and I buy tickets every week, however after playing for over 2 years both my partner and I have never won a single prize:( either we are both just very unlucky or the odds are just too against us. We will continue as we believe it is genuinely giving out prizes, but after 1000s of tickets bought the excitement is slowly melting away. Maybe one day!

Absolutely shocking and unacceptable treatment from 7Days.
The moment I finally won £50, my account was suddenly and permanently banned out of nowhere. No proper explanation, no evidence, no warning — just instantly locked out like I’d done something wrong when I hadn’t.
It honestly feels like the ban was triggered because I won. Up until then, everything was fine. The timing is beyond suspicious.
I tried reaching out to customer support to resolve this, but they were completely useless. Cold, dismissive, and clearly not interested in helping at all. No empathy, no effort to investigate, just copy-paste responses and a final “decision” with zero transparency.
They’ve not only taken away access to my account, but also completely ruined what was previously an enjoyable experience. To be treated like this as a customer is incredibly frustrating and genuinely upsetting.
I feel cheated, ignored, and disrespected.
Avoid this platform unless you’re happy risking your account being shut down the moment you actually win something.
Disgusting service.
