I cannot recommend 7 days performance enough. I have played for many years and was lucky enough to win a Ferrari 488 for £20! The car is perfect and the whole experience was like a dream. I entered a house draw for 1 week and they have taken more money out of my account again for a draw I haven't entered. I tried to contact then via email as ive been unable to find a phone number with no reply
I want my money back and there should be a phone number to contact them.

Customers are informed at multiple stages throughout the checkout process if they are selecting a subscription. Subscriptions are not mandatory, and they can only be activated if a customer consciously selects and confirms the subscription option through the checkout process.
If you had an active subscription, it means at some point you consciously enabled the option throughout the checkout process - this isn't something we did for you.
Single-entry purchases are always available with no ongoing commitment.

Fantastic company and communication. My internet had crashed so made numerous payments to try and successfully complete the order but despite the money being taken no tickets were added but the the team were great! A quick email back and they had re credited the money back to my bank.
It’s my 2nd month playing and have just won an Xbox after previously winning the £250 credit. Prize money was there straight away. I look forward to playing and seeing others win also 🙂

Late £500k draw and selective interaction – very concerning
I purchased a substantial number of tickets for the 15 February 9:00 p.m. draw (100+ tickets). The draw started 10 minutes late, with no clear explanation. For a half-million pound draw (house), timing and transparency should be precise. When large sums are involved, even small delays create doubt.
During the live stream, the presenter was actively reading comments. However, multiple comments - including critical ones - appeared to go unaddressed. The interaction felt selective rather than genuinely open.
When the draw is delayed and negative questions are not acknowledged, it does not inspire confidence. The overall experience left me uncomfortable and questioning the transparency of the process. As a result, I will never be participating again with this company!
Secondly, since I shared my details with them, I have been receiving a lot of spam emails, seems like they sold customer data, which is outrageous. I saw another comment below referring to the same issue and that's when I realised this! Please beaware!

Any live broadcast can occasionally experience minor technical issues. The presenters were transparent about this at the time, and when issues arise during a live stream, there isn’t always anything further they can do beyond resolving it and proceeding as quickly as possible.
During major draws, there are thousands of comments coming in across Facebook and YouTube simultaneously. Our presenters genuinely do their best to read and respond in real time, but it simply isn’t possible to see or address every single comment.
That isn’t selective engagement, it’s the reality of high-volume live streams.
On the data point, we do not sell customer data. We take privacy seriously and operate in line with our Privacy Policy. Spam emails are unfortunately very common and can occur for many unrelated reasons.
We’re confident in the transparency of our live draw process, but we respect your decision if you feel it’s not for you.
