Had to leave a review after seeing all the negative ones!! To me, 7Bone is my absolute go to whenever I fancy a treat meal! The burgers are the best I’ve ever had and the sides are incredible too (not to mention the shakes, wings etc). Their social media cracks me up and I’ve never had less than an amazing experience. I’ve been going since they first opened in Southampton and have been to many around the country. Keep doing what you do 7Bone!!

I went to the Bournemouth location this eve and my burger was raw . They offered a fresh burger but after I realised it was raw it completely put me off . I have now been sick I've been there before and the food was amazing what has happened.

Late leaving the review but this used to be my go to place loved the food so much but last year something changed both times the burger was plain dry and came in some god awful dried bun which just sucked dry what little juice the burger had, really odd in conjunction with sauce etc it was like a 2 day old Tesco bun rather than a nice slightly toasted Brioche bun for the high price point it it just made it unfeasible.

When you broke the broke (yes I mean broke because that’s how the texture was) the interior was clearly on its way to being stale.

A friend also mentioned he had the same experiences.

Waiting staff have always been decent but it’s shame to see the place lower quality sadly it’s a trend in Bournemouth to open with great quality then cut back on quality and then increase the price sadly people who’d be monthly customers like myself no longer want to come.

Just had the burger of my dreams – it's so good, I almost considered proposing to it. The only downside? Now every other burger seems like a sad, tasteless, wet sponge. My taste buds are officially spoiled for life.

7 bone is always a treat for us and it is our favourite burger place to go to! The staff in the Portsmouth branch are always friendly, kind and helpful.
Thankfully, we never have to wait long for our food to arrive (and it is always piping hot and fresh with huge portions) and their reward scheme is a great bonus.
Myself and a friend went for lunch here on a tight time schedule and the staff looked after us.
Thank you again and I cannot wait to come back soon!

Amazing service from the moment we walked through the door. Food was superb, and the service from Darren was first class! Even giving my party some tips on what to order and the best way of doing so, all were very happy.
As mentioned food and service was fantastic, my only gripe with 7bone in general is that I would love a pint! Not a 330ml can! But this is not the fault of this branch so no point reduction on them for that.
On the whole I highly recommend the camberley branch, no more expensive than the surrounding pubs. And the smashed burgers are top tier beef coma 👍🏻

Another great meal at 7Bone, Newbury for our family. We have been a number of times and service is always great, led by Bart, who always goes the extra mile. The food is consistently delicious whichever items we go for. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Upon our arrival, we requested a table for two. We were inquired about any dietary restrictions regarding allergens and were then directed to seat ourselves.

After placing our food order, approximately 10 minutes later, a male waiter approached us and regretfully informed us that they were unable to serve the caramel wings due to a technical issue. They explained that the system kept adding them back automatically. As a result, we were asked to choose an alternative flavor. Since the buffalo wings were too spicy for our preference, we inquired about the gochugang wings. Unfortunately, the male waiter couldn't describe the flavor or spiciness level, as it wasn't to his liking.

We eventually settled on the kim wang wings. However, we were later informed that we couldn't have them as part of the provisional order, and if we wanted those wings, we'd have to pay extra for the seven wings in that specific flavor. We inquired if it was possible to have just four wings, as originally ordered, but in the new flavor, yet we were told it wasn't feasible due to stock considerations. Therefore, we opted to pay for the extra wings.

Upon receiving the revised receipt with an additional charge of £3.20, the waiter explained the billing adjustment. The food arrived, and while the burgers were enjoyable, they were slightly pinker than expected. Normally, I order the smashed patties, which are cooked a bit more. Additionally, the chicken skins were cold and didn't appear to be freshly fried. I had requested extra bacon with my truffle mac, which was initially missing, and it had to be rectified. However, when they returned, my burger was taken away along with the mac and cheese. They eventually returned with a small amount of bacon toppings on the truffle mac. Lastly, after we finished our meal, our table was cleared by another waitress who passed by three times before attending to it.

I have been a loyal patron of 7bone since its inception in Southampton, and this visit marked my return since the reopening of the new venue following the fire in Portswood. It's disheartening to say that, given my extensive experience in the hospitality industry, the service we received was subpar, and it left us feeling undervalued. At the very least, a sincere apology and the removal of the provisional charge from the bill as a goodwill gesture would have been appropriate considering the issues we encountered. It's worth noting that when ordering through the app, we were prompted to provide a 10% tip. While we paid it upfront, had it been based on post-service experience, we would have reconsidered.

Hate ordering on line so much prefer a waiter to take my order especially as it means that you have to keep doing it for drinks. Food great but using the QR code to order it’s not for me.

Great place!

Our Transplant Games team were in Coventry for the opening ceremony, and I had booked for us to eat here.
When contacting them they responded quickly to my e mails, and when 15 or so of us arrived last night, they had an upstairs room all set up for us.
Sylwia was our waitress and she was lovely, really helpful and very patient!
The menu was really interesting (!) and they do really great burgers. All the food was great actually, and we just loved the whole vibe.
Would absolutely recommend and they handle large groups really well.

7 Bone Burger staines
Absolutely awful service, first time there and the menu isn't that straight forward, the waiter said I'll talk you through it. Turns out he didn't know it either. Said the smashed burger was the medium rare one and even asked that we didn't mind it rare ! turns out smashed is well done. Burger was rubbish fries were rubbish, not piping hot and no salt and pepper. The milkshakes were excellent but the starter wings weren't up to much as they was really sweet. When the the waitress came and ask how the meal was I said rubbish as was sold the wrong burger, I did point out the milkshakes were excellent and the only other thing right was the poster on the wall saying not as good as mcdonaulds probably, she laughed to which I said that's not a joke, I'm deadly serious. She walked away and apparently started crying we was told when the manager came over. Manager said she had a duty of care to her staff which is fair enough but if she had had a duty of care to the customers and had trained staff thst knew there own menu maybe things would be a bit better. Avoid this place at all costs, it's no wonder the place was empty when everywhere else was busy.

Wow what can I say, cannot fault the place. The food the staff 10/10. Massive mention to Nicola and Northampton 7bone. This young lady took care of my small party of 6 ( 9 year old girls) she was amazing from start to finish. I think she needed a special mention best waitress I have come across in years.

Have had takeaway numerous times from the Camberley branch, and eaten in at the Reading branch, and had some of the best food I've ever eaten, every time.

Me and my partner came in on Valentines Day for a evening meal, our server was called Kierra, even though she was extremely busy as there was only 2 servers that evening the service was absolutely incredible, always made sure to check in onus and ensured we was enjoying our experience, such a happy women and incredible member or team! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I was heedless of experiencing it with my partner in Bournemouth. We both said different burgers and my burger (Donnie J Trump) came uncooked, when I told the waiters that my burger was raw and I couldn't eat it, she replied, ‘Our minced meat comes fresh every morning, you don't have to be afraid, you don't be poisoned and we cook our burgers less” that's the It was very sad. I wish I had the chance to add photos and everyone would understand what I mean.

wouldn’t let me put 0 stars so i guess i have to put one, i got food from here took it home i was scrannin’ my chips not only were they stone cold and crispy but i also found a pube looking thing on top. absolutely gutted, was looking forward to a pube free munch, be careful and make sure to look before putting anything in ur mouth, kind regards chantelle. ❤️

For the record, this was the covemtry branch. Staff were nice enough but otherwise the place overall had issues all round. The menu is dreadful. I get that they want to be quirky or whatever but listed ingredients don't express what kind of experience you have when eating said item. I shouldn't need to decipher a puzzle room to learn that my burger will be doused in a very hot sauce. Everything seems to have a fun made up name and there's no clear key code for what each thing means. Not to mention how much will be on the burgers upon arrival. In my case all flavour of chicken was hugely overpowered by the sauce. Advice to anyone going is to ask the staff to explain thoroughly what is is you are ordering. Fries are those super thin ones you can get, not my preference but maybe some people like those, and for what you pay the portions were a little lacking (especially when the Brighton branch filled the tray completely on a previous outing). Onto the venue. As expected everything tries to be vibrant but warm, yet all walls had chunks taken out from poor decorating or upkeep and seating was not really comfortable. Whilst the tables had been cleaned, we had dirty sauce smears on the adjacent radiator and some used kitchen towel under our table. Lastly, whilst it was a cute idea to give each table a half full role of kitchen towel instead of actual napkins, I found this got in our way a fair bit. The hand san provided (no doubt because their burgers get messy) was also fairly cumbersome and kind of annoying. Drinks were simply cans and straws to save glassware cleaning and again for their prices i was expecting larger. Lastly when brought the bill, it arrives with a handy little review pad expecting us to leave feedback... which personally I felt really awkward about since we don't know if staff have access to, and when they're possibly having a bad day or difficult shift I didn't want to make things worse. So just don't write a review right? 'It really helps us out'... so then should people be honest or just leave positive to get out of there faster? I feel sorry for the staff, but all in all I left there feeling like I'd been 7boned.

Worst takeaway I have ever had! Ordered 3 burgers, 3 fries and tatter tots, only 3 burgers and 1 fries arrived. Fries and burgers were all basically completely cold. Fries were soggy and tasteless and the burger was full of bits of gristle. Cheap burgers from the supermarket would have been nicer. First and most definitely the last time I will ever use this place!

This was a really pleasant place with really polite and motivated staff , care about there customers . Man with the pony tail is lovely really helpful and very welcoming . Would recommend this restaurant to any family /friends
