I love this company there very responsive and careful for there customers and the jewelry is amazing best site out right now hands down

Ordered a chain on Christmas Day and still hasn’t arrived yet. I have emailed them asking where it is and what is happening to my order with no reply only an email saying we will check and nothing after it. Getting quite frustrating now.

I ordered a moissanite Cuban link bracelet on 12/11/25. Order number 62135520 The website said order before 12/15 and get your item in time for Christmas.

Christmas came and went, no bracelet, I even got an email saying my package left the warehouse but I didn’t get anything after that.

I’ve chatted with them on the website multiple times and keep getting told 3-5 weeks it’s being handcrafted and then sent.

Today makes 5 weeks and I have gotten zero Information, chat support is vague, phone number goes right to a voicemail.

I feel like I need to dispute this charge with my bank because I don’t think they are actually sending out the item I purchased.

Will update review depending on response from company. But right now I don’t recommend this to anyone unless you wanna wait 2 months for a piece of jewlrey that will never come.

Within 2 hours of posting this review I got tracking information and a nice voicemail from Christine. Seems that it didn’t actually need another week to process like all the chat agents were telling me. Updated to 3 stars for now, will come back and update to 4 if it arrives on time and the time is correct.

The chains are great quality they look like they're worth a lot more then what I paid for. Look so clean as well customer service was handled in a timely manor as well.

I was looking at other bracelets and as I was scrolling at other ones the one I purchased. I just placed it in my cart to see if I would like something else and no so to my surprise I got this one that really caught my eyes for sure this piece is shiny and it fits size 7 perfect.Will be purchasing a pendant and a chain also.

I made my purchase when they had a promotion going on if you make a purchase over $100 you receive a free chain. I bought 2 chains but I did not receive an extra ‘secret chain’ as indicated? I have tried to contact 6ixIce customer service but have not heard from them. Although the chains were beautiful.

Bought the 5mm tennis bracelet looks very nice and shines bright received it sooner than expected I will definitely buy more 😎

Do not purchase the mystery box unless you are comfortable receiving an item that may not fit.

6 ICE promotes the mystery box as a great value where customers may receive a high-quality necklace or bracelet at a reduced price. What is not adequately emphasized is that mystery box items are final sale with absolutely no option for return or exchange, even when the item does not fit.

Every bracelet I have previously purchased from 6 ICE has been 7 inches. The mystery box bracelet I received was 6 inches and does not fit, making it completely unusable. When I contacted customer service to ask if an exchange was possible, I was told:

“The mystery box is sold as a surprise item, and customers cannot select specific sizes or items. Because of this, all mystery box sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, including the bracelet you received.”

In addition to the fit issue, the shipping experience was extremely frustrating. I placed order #62136738 on 12/16, and 6 ICE did not even package the order for shipment until 12/23. On 12/24, I received an email stating, “We noticed your shipment hasn’t been updated by the carrier in a few days,” implying the delay was due to the carrier—despite the fact that the order had only been packaged the day before. This was misleading and added unnecessary frustration.

When I reached out about the delay, a customer service associate stated they would see if a free chain could be included as a courtesy. When my order arrived, no chain was included. After following up, I was told:

“A request was made by my colleague to include a free chain with your order. However, by the time this was arranged, your package had already shipped, so unfortunately the free chain could not be added.”

This experience left me feeling that the mystery box is simply a way to generate additional revenue by sending items that may be too small to wear, while hiding behind a strict final-sale policy and offering no real resolution. Given my history as a repeat customer, this was extremely disappointing.

I strongly recommend avoiding the mystery box and proceeding with caution when purchasing from 6 ICE.

I’m glad my feedback was shared internally, as the issues raised were not isolated to policy alone but also involved communication, transparency, and follow-through. Hopefully, this experience helps improve how similar situations are handled for future customers.

I just received my third piece of 6ICE jewels and I am quite happy. I have small wrists and took a chance on the size 6, it fits without being tight or hanging.
Structure of my bracelet is well made with very secure closures to ensure safety, and oh yeah, the ICE is blinging.
Timely delivery. 6ICE kept intouch each step of the way through to delivery..
They made me feel quite comfortable assured of my purchasing experience. Each of my pieces are exquisite, my friends ask of my place of purchase and I was quite happy to give them because I know there WON'T BE ANY BUYERS BEWARE and will last for many many years.
